Definitely they're customer service has changed. Some staff was very rude. Please work with smile and HELP CUSTOMERS! You don't need to BEING RUDE. I' m a local but i was dissapointed when I visited yesterday and might go to CBD Officeworks next time.

Had a wonderful experience with Joel! He helped me print my entire portfolio and business cards in less than 10 minutes. He even trimmed it for me! Thank you so much Joel!

Bad service, no product knowledge and always long queues.

Lots of staff that appear to just be standing around not doing a lot on their phones.
Your business is customer service and I am yet to see any there yet.

Always out of stock, computer says they have stock, staff can never locate the stock. So many staff, most poorly trained and standing around. Officeworks advertising is misleading, they show low price for inks on letterbox brochure, but tiny print specifies you need to buy 3 to get the "advertised" price.

Was waiting in line for 30 minuets to get one photo printed on a very quite Saturday afternoon quail at the staff were making balloon animals. It would have been quicker to by a printer go home do the printing and return it.

Probably best to go elsewhere for printing.

1. It takes 24 hours to print anything larger than A3
2. They said they would call when the job was completed and they didn’t
3. Staff were generally disinterested
4. Jobs printed were not trimmed properly (no one cared)
5. Expensive for what you get

Go to Snap - they are much better.

Have been doing my printing here for years, always great service from Harpreet, Alessandra, and team, very attentive and helpful, and always go out of their way to ensure excellent customer service and work quality in spite of the high workload.

A shout out to ppl who come in with a big job 5min before close time, it’s just not nice.

Other than that all staff are friendly and helpful.

Joey was a very helpful employee who took time out of his day to help solve our printer problems, he was also very nice - highly appreciated!

Maybe you could say on the website or somewhere that you're renovating the store so I don't have to waste my time for things that are "in the back, sorry".

Absolutely appalled by the service. Waited for half an hour because self-printing wasn't working, was charged and printer jammed- after requesting help and waiting another fifteen minutes, the service lady was extremely unhelpful, completely disregarded that I'd already paid and I never got my work. She was incredibly rude and basically just incompetent. Constantly having problems with this Officeworks, honestly I'm just giving up. Anywhere is better then here. Useless.

Worse store and customer service. Also their lift is out of order 6 days ago.have to carry everything upstairs.i was told they can’t help me because there is not enough staff.

Went to order photo's today. A boy and girl at the photo counter, young girl was very very very rude. I was standing waiting for service and she did not even acknowledge me. Had to say "excuse me can we have service" in order to get any type of service. My wife went to pick up the photos, girl shoved them at her without a word. So many decent people looking for work at you hire this type of people?

Self serve printing area didn't have a stapler. There were discarded staples at every printer which suggests a stapler was there at some point, but you'd have to use carbon dating to determine how long ago that was.
