Visited on Sunday afternoon… 1 person on the registers and approximately 15 -20 mins in a queue. Funny they took on 20+ casuals for back to school and terminated most within 3 weeks only to have returned to poor customer service. Definitely not returning to this store.

Today I went from Office Works Dee Why to Office Works Glebe to pick up a stool and a sit-stand desk. Both items weren't available at Dee Why, so they instructed me to go to Glebe since it was in stock.

I called Glebe to confirm availability and then drove approx. 40min to get there. Once there, the price was twice the price in Dee Why (I had pictures of it). The Glebe staff called Dee Why since they had to follow procedures to confirm the difference. Dee Why confirmed the half price and then Glebe staff said they wouldn't match the price since the item wasn't "in stock" at the other location (!).

This is the *dumbest* thing I've ever heard! I had to go back home (another hour driving) without the product that their own staff told me to pickup in another branch!

Office Works have *no* respect for their customers. I rather buy somewhere else.

I will definitely be lodging a complaint with ACCC for misleading advertisement.

There’s hardly any staff manning the tellers on a Sunday eg a grand total of one today and because of that a decent queue. We just left our stuff after waiting and walked out with no sign of the queue progressing at all.

I’ll buy it at Lewisham OW instead so all good

Nothing too exciting about this office works but it's close by. Easy to park is an advantage and you can get the stationery and other goods you need. Click and collect is the most convenient to avoid the lines.

On-site under cover parking, one hour free, with a lift. Always a bargain in the clearance box. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Nimeesha.

I ordered a laptop to pickup the 22nd of Sep with an estimated delivery date of the 24th of Sep. It's already the 8th of Oct and everytime I can contact them, they just extend the estimated day for the next 3 days. It's inefficient and poor service

Went today to get the passport size picture, lady at the desk took my picture and while printing I asked her to send me the soft copy on my email she lied and mentioned to me that the machine is not working, she was using computer to take out the prints but she refused to send me the pictures on email (Just lazy to be honest as the store was getting closed in 15 min). When I asked someone else to help me send the soft copy then that lady mentions to me give me Pen drive when i said i don't have it, then she ask me to download the app and scan the hard copies of the photograph. I mean If i want to scan on my phone why would i come to Office work for the prints and soft copy? When I asked her why she can't send she says doesn't know and she been there for 2 weeks only. So rude, if that lady wants to work somewhere then she better improve her attitude towards the customer. I was so disappointed today with the attitude towards the customer. I wish I can give negative 5 stars just because of the lady.

What a joke of a place. Called up to check they had stock. Got me to pay online before I come to guarantee its held for me. Drove 40 minutes for it.
They sold it while I was on My way.
I did everything right to make sure it wasn't held without someone showing up and they fked me

I give five star to today’s customer service. I can’t speak for others but I only talk about my shopping experience here.

Indeed the elevator was out of order and I bought a heavy weight items that I needed to move it to the car park at the back. The shop assistant at entrance did me a favor voluntarily. Plus, the staff was patiently look for the items and explained the details to me. For me personally that’s what a excellent customer service should be! Especially, the staff actually bought the item as well. That means the employees of this company also agree and support the items they are selling. So tell me, isn’t this the most persuasive way to show customers the items are worth buying?

They didn't fulfil my printing order.they lost it. I waited 45 minutes at the store for them to try and find it. I hadn't had any dinner so I wanted to go home.they took my number. A week later they still hadn't called me about it. I tried to call them and they didn't answer. Like seriously? What the hell?

I was printing pages of documents and I only had one page left and the staff shooed me away because she was saying they’re closed. It was 6: 00 and she just cut me off while i was about to print the last page of my doc. How unbelievable is your customer service? ! No retail shop would do this! You have no idea how important some things are for other people and one minute could do a lot to them. You could have just let me finish that last page. You had no regard whatsoever. Outrageously unacceptable.

Very helpful staff, especially Bikesh! Needed help finding an ergonomic chair, and Bikesh was really helpful not only finding a chair, but got it off the shelf and helped me get it to my car. Thanks Bikesh!

Went to officeworks glebe this morning to get a printout of one pdf file.arriving i realized that i forgot my wallet.i must have looked lost and ROYCE, one of the staff members, just went into his pocket and gave me the money i needed to pay for it. THATS WHAT I CALL GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE HELP.

Upstaff at printer counter urgently required.waited 15 minutes to be served to shred some documents.then had to tidy them up.after which time I joined the end of the queue and waited another 15 minutes before I gave up. No acknowledgement upon entry, not clear where queues and services are. Including travel time one precious hour of my day wasted.and still the job is not done. Help the staff and the customers out by putting more people on.

I'm giving one star because you can't give less.
Officeworks Glebe is actually appalling, the printers and scanners are almost always broken, there are no staff and the staff that are there are borderline useless. No-one answers the phone, knows where products are, or can print A5 (even though it's an advertised service).
Infinitely prefer Officeworks Petersham for service and quality.

Today, I went to Officeworks at Glebe at 4.30 pm to buy a working table. This was the first time for me to visit this location as I checked stock for a table I want to buy.
Then, I thought I need a metal trolley (not a blue bucket) to get the table which located at the back of the shop, but I couldn't find any trolleys at the shop.
Then, I asked the staffs at the front- I needed a trolley to bring the computer table length 1.2 meter to pay at the counter and to bring to my car at the car park. The staff I talked said - no trolleys at the shop and said sorry. I was so surprised what he told me. So I walked back to the car park to check if there are any trolleys. I found no trolleys at all.

Then, I decided to carry the table from the back of the shop to pay at the counter. No any staffs help me. Then, while I was paying at the counter, there was an old lady customer carried heavy stuffs the she wanted to buy, then a senior staff ask the staff (I asked before) to find trolley for her. Then the staff brought 2 trolleys from somewhere to give to the old lady customer and all was taken by customers. I was very angry that the staff lied me and no service mind to help me at all. I still had to carry the table to the lift and car park.

What 's happen? I don't understand why there are no trolleys for customers. Some customers need to buy a big furniture which are located at the back. How they can carry it to pay at the counter? Also when customers asked for trolley, your staffs didn't help - just said Sorry.

I am very disappointed and frustrated. The shop is very big and the car park is located in different level. You should provide enough facilities (trolleys) to customers. Also, your staffs should be trained better to help customers.
