Officeworks Glebe reviews
73I went in the other day to buy an office chair but was unsure which one specifically because there were many options. Luckily, I bumped into Brian and he helped me out a ton. He told me about the features, pros and cons of the chairs and things to look out for when office chair shopping. He also told me about the discounts available when buying a display chair which made my decision alot easier too. Brian also went above and beyond his call of duty because he helped me carry the chair to my apartment in heavy rain and after wrapping it in plastic to prevent water damage, AFTER his shift has ended. It was easily the best retail experience I have ever had and it was all thanks to Brian. If I could give 6 stars, I would.
On multiple occasions I've tried to call every extension and it rings out every time. Extremely poor customer service.
Really bad customer service. Especially the lady that served me at 2: 05pm 21/01/2021.
Really pathetic hope you get fired.
Went here to get a couple of docs printed, first staff member was standing listening to a third conversation between a colleague and a customer, I waited 10 mins and then asked him was he busy, he said he was, 30 seconds later he just wandered off and left his colleague chatting, when I finally got to the counter I had to email my docs to 2 different email addresses neither of which were working, if you want to use the print machine you need to buy a prepaid card minimum 10 dollars. No refunds.worst customer service ever. Went to Bay Street and was professionally helped in 2 mins for $1.80.
Thank you Talandra for sharing your trolley so I could move my big big printer/scanner in box to Ross Street around the corner where Uber XL picked me and the big box up.
Happy Christmas!
Ordered 2 gaming chairs to Click & Collect last month an older gentleman with an american accent was nice enough to go out of his way to bring the chairs to my car.
Overcharged. Bought 200 stamps for $220 got home counted out the stamps, had 190. Please learn to count
Can’t even contact the store to check on a click and collect. Phone rings out despite being open.
Bought a wifi plug two days ago, but don't work at home. Got the refund on the same day with very smooth process!
Would give 0 stars if I could. Spent 50 minutes printing 4 photos as almost every machine had issues and would take my money without giving me a receipt. Tried to ask staff for help but they did not in any way helpful.
I have tried to call this officeworks however they do not pick up the phone this is a horrible experience and something officeworks should work on
Worst Office works in Sydney. Told I'd need to wait 5 1/2 hours to have 4 small documents bound. In an almost empty shop. Needless to say - I went somewhere else.
The Indian cashier slammed my change into the table leaving me to squabble over it then just walked off and opened another cashier. There is little help for the printing or posting section. Could not work out what to do so I just left. The white staff members generally just gave vague and unhelpful answers when help was requested.
We ordered photos to be printed at this Officeworks. According to Officeworks' confirmation email, I was supposed to receive an email and an SMS when they were ready to be picked up. I got neither. I called the store after almost 2 weeks to check, call one got hung up on without an answer, call two was told that the printing department would call me back - they never did, call three finally confirmed that the photos were ready 2 days after the order was made.
The online customer service tried to help but also had trouble reaching the store.
Things could be better here.
Poor customer service (especially over the phone). The phone number they place on their email collection notifications is wrong. After advising them of this on numerous occasions they still haven't updated it.
Terribly slow line at the printing reception, the lady is oblivious to the long queue. Requested a call following print job is completed and never got one. Ridiculous wait and unhappy experience.
Service was good and got asked if I need some help. Staff are usually busy behind the counter. Looks as though well stocked, tidy and organised shelves and stock. Outside store signage such as Officeworks is becoming faded. Please feel free to click on like. Thanks
I've been to 8 other Officeworks but this was my first time at the Glebe store. It was pretty good, my friend had to use the printing facilities for a personal matter and then she got some stationary that she was happy with. I didn't buy anything though.
Absolutely appalling communication skills. 3 women all behind the counter whilst the printer is broken and not one of them responding to multiple customers asking about the printer. Go to a different office works if youre in a rush or actually want anything done
Called for get to know about a product availability. He kept me hold for more than 10 minutes.not answered and finally hang out. They not responding to phone calls after 7pm while shop open till 9pm
