Officeworks Five Dock

Bad manner, extremely rude staffs. So wonder what type of qualifications they got to be eligible for this position? I guess Officework hire this people to kick consumers out of this store. If customers know each and everything about your products, customer service position won’t even available on the list for u to apply young ladies. Lack of knowledges and RUDE attitude.

Decent service. Needed a photocopy and had to wait for a while as there was a queue. Was served in a very professional manner. Friendliness was okay.

Open till midnight on weekdays. Cheering!
Downside for me was the security guard was profiling me as soon as I walked in.staff seemed like they didn't wanna be there but smile occasionally when acknowledging customers.

I have been disappointed when after decided which hardrive to get, the cashier told me that was unavailable at the moment. They could just put an notice that wasn't available at the moment. I spend much time to decide and then has been a delusion know that I couldn't buy it right now.

Lack of professionalism. I forgot one of the products, that I had bought, on the counter. I called them 10 min after when I realised. They told me they would keep it for me. Two days later when I returned to pick it up they had sold it and the product is now discontinued. They refunded me but it’s not about the momey. I specifically needed that product also big waste of time

Usually OK, but I went to get my passport photos taken once and they made me take my glasses off, and then when filling out the paper work the guy didn't write his full name, saying he had witnessed the photos being taken, so my passport was rejected and I couldn't go on holiday. Major disappointment.

My favourite officeworks to go to! Amazing setup and never disappoints to supply what your looking for! Definitely one of the most clean officeworks and has a great setup with many things you can do, such as create your own pen, print photos and create banners! The list can go on Best officeworks in the area, and is definitely a great size!

No serivice at all. And very slow for printing only 2 photos. Very disgusted with officeworks workers.

Reliable office supplies store, located next to Parramatta road (or great western highway). I usually visit for buying hard drives or printer paper in bulk. 3tb portable hard drive sells for 139, - Aud, which is pretty reasonable price. They keep the store open until late even on weekends, which makes it easier to access if you need to visit at irregular moments like myself.

Friendly staff and cheap utilities.

Though navigating is a bit hard.

Plenty of parking as well, and it's really close to residential areas. (Easy to walk to and from as well).

Just stood in line at the counter for ten minimin while 1 person serving couldn't find item in the couboard behind, three staff where standing in the middle of the shop chatting while I waited, then one staff member brings another customer up behind me an serves them. Wow customer service has really gone down hill.

Good products and services BUT I dont get why they have Passport Photo services but they wouldn’t cut the pictures for the customers.

Went on closing time to get my posters laminate, staff was very kind with smile on their face even though it was closing time. Special Mention Monica helped me and she done the job in few Minutes. She is a true Gem and an asset to your organisation.
