Officeworks Five Dock

Staff are still working diligently during COVID and trying their best to quickly ready items for click and collect. However, could make use of social distancing guides when asking people to wait to collect their order.

Contacting Officeworks at Five dock by phone is hopeless. If you need to check if an item is in stock before going there, forget it. I have tried many times. As a shareholder in Westfarmers I'm disgusted.

Appalling customer service, extremely unhelpful and rude. Unwillingness to assist seems like the norm.

The last interaction that I had with staff at this store in particular was shocking. The attitude I copped for asking a simple question was super unnecessary - it took 3 staff members to figure out that I could make a return on what I bought and each team member had the same un-bothered tone in their voice. The first 2 didn’t even listen to what my enquiry was about and told me to do the return online. I get it, we are in lockdown and times are really tough right now for retail workers, but to speak down to me over a very simple yes or no answer to a question completely ruined my day. The only nice staff member was Jess - she efficiently helped without any hassles and completely flipped the situation around - I give her 5 stars if I could

Terrible customer service! Went to check out and charged the full price, not the 'on special' price. Bought this to the attention of the check out person who advised they couldn't change it. I would need to contact head office to have the order corrected.

Really! Check out made the error and now wanted me to correct it via me contacting head office. It should not be my responsibility to correct an error not made by me. I try to call Head office, waited on the phone for hours at a time. Sent emails. They delivered the good in the mean time. I am still trying via email and phone. I am so disappointed with the service.five dock office works, served by some young girl, I know the name but decided not to disclose it.

Cannot contact Customer Service on the 1300 number or get a reply to emails to cancel a Click n Collect Order. Been trying for over a week now, this is more than enough time to give Covid lockdown as an excuse. Now I cannot contact any of the stores. Has Officeworks closed permanently?

Amazing customer service from team member GABBY, she was very helpful, she helped me with my prints for some passport photos. The attention to detail provided by her was impressive and her customer service skills were excellent.

The female Counter working this morning was in a bad mood. Dnt know why? As an Asian not born in OZ maybe I can't follow what were you saying immediately. Please be nice and be in a proper basic manner to anyone while you are on shift. This is so depressing. I'm wondering if I can do any shopping after I was treated like I'm a stupid.

Shay was very very helpful. She read my situation quickly and was very patient in printing out my documents. Would highly recommend and will come back again for sure!

Good but sometimes i could not buy the item what i need. I normally do checking a stock through web before visiting here but there is sometimes gab btw online stock and real stock. Staffs are kind always

Staff was very unhelpful.
System showed 2 in stock but they couldn’t locate the product so they decided to say that they sold the last 2 to one customer an hour ago.

Friendly staff, vast amount of products, underground parking and clean and hygenic. A great officeworks.

Print somewhere else. Printers jammed. Bought some other things and the staff at the register need customer service training. I overheard another clerk serving. "Cash or card? " Customer: cash "Sorry it is card only".

Customer service is extremely poor. I needed to call them thrice for assistance. Though they were standing doing nothing they were not responding immediately. Such a lack of professionalism of the staffs can barely be expected.

Very good service. They did a wonderful job printing and binding my documents, looked very professional. I would definitely recommend this Officeworks and they are very good with social distancing with stickers on the floor and employees wearing masks and sanitizer available for all shoppers. I’m very impressed. I will most definitely be back. The click and collect service is quick and easy. Thank you for all your assistance.

Better than a lot if other Chemist Warehouses as they always seem to carry the items I'm after when other stores have no stock.

Worst Officeworks store. Staff always makes us wait longer at print & copy. Today I ordered posters & got them to laminate. They said it will be ready in 1 hour. I returned after 3 hours. They still had not done.

They don’t value the customers, I would give 1 star rating its so waste of time. None of the staff is co-operative or helpfull in here! There is no proper communication at all i would never visit this store again and the manager there is not helpful as well, I wasted my time and came all the way to this store to purchase and i got very bad experience. I would say No proper training has been provided to their team.soo waste of time!

Won't print my sheet music even though I can show the license
Every time I have printing or copying needs it's a problem (and not because I'm asking for things that shouldn't or can't be done). Store itself is fine but boy oh boy do they make it difficult to get your jobs done

I didn’t get her name but a girl with blonde hair and a fringe at the printing desk was so helpful and friendly. I really appreciated her customer service and her patience with me. Probably one of the best staff I’ve encountered at any of the officeworks in Sydney. I don’t ever write reviews but she really deserves it
