I wish I could give them ZERO stars. Lowest and worst customer service out of all Officework stores I’ve been to. I was served by AMAL, who made me use the hopeless printing machines which DIDN’T work, despite the fact I told her the printing requires certain setting done on computers, not printing machines. AMAL refused to do the job and told us to get back the next morning for a simple 39-page printing job. We left and saw her talking to other staff while leaving customers waiting in queue not being served.
Please avoid this store, and go to Officework Lewisham - much much better service!
Worst customer service ever. Staff do not even try to communicate with me. Slow and effortless for having photos printed and have to do all by myself.
Wanted to print photos I asked for assistance not very forthcoming also told they are self service
Worst customer service ever! The staff members are not approachable and their behaviours show how unwilling they are to attend my issue.
Officeworks should really take it seriously and hire someone who are more responsible and know what they are doing.
Had to come here to print some documents but it was really a nightmare. The printer ran out of paper and stopped printing after the staff filled up the tray. Wasted close to 30 minutes for this to be solved and there were misinformation provided by different staff members.
Be prepared to wait 15-20mins for them to bring out your click and collect order, quicker to just shop in store and go through the checkout
Came here twice, everything was good although the photo printing machines were broken. The young woman printed out from the front desk. James (not sure if my memory of his name is correct) the young man helped me to cut my photos.
Every time I go to this store to buy something, there is no one willing to offer any customer service. Everyone is too busy being either a store man and packer or walking around the store just doing laps and avoiding the customers. I walked in yesterday to buy a mobile phone for my father and had to beg for someone to help me choose the right phone which at the end I just gave up and left. Pathetic service, that was the last time, never going there again unless I just need pens or copy paper or basic stationary!
I found the staff (curly hair lady) near print/scan section really rude. She completely ignored me when I asked her for help.
Always a long wait time. Really slow service especially for printing. Long wait time to collect ready prints. There are not enough staff working which causes long delays.
I live just around the corner so it's always my go to store for stationery, photos, computers and anything else that you need to get at Officeworks.
Came in yesterday because i was overcharged on something i bought days before, spoke to a young girl at the registers who got her manager, which was completely fine as i was overcharged about 200 dollars. When i say i waited for the manager to come back after the poor girl at the registers asked for him for 30 WHOLE MINUTES before. As i was waiting, a guy in glasses creeply, cluelessly looked at me the whole time and the the man with the bucket hat looked so lost and cluelessly looked around for the manager.after my wait i was again overcharged, stupid staff! And while explaining the issue, the manager (i hope his not) just swings his hair over and over.before stealing our money, get your prices and skills right and then a haircut!
The staff are so sad and do not want to help you. Over the last two days 25 and 26 October 2022 the laminating machine is broken, and I phoned on the 26th and after 20 minutes Lucy answered the phone, and had no idea, the staff on site do not want to know you or help you, they hate the location or their job. So Sad
Poor customer service overall. The printer was faulty and wouldn’t print the document despite I had already paid for it out of my print card.
I lined up to the main service counter asking for help, the staff member said he couldn’t help and I had to queue up to a different service desk; but the staff at this other service desk were already occupied with other customers.
So I was standing there for 10 mins, couldn’t find anyone who was able to or willing to help. In the end, I gave up.
Don’t recommend using this store at all.
Bad customer service from the older lady and the checkout. What's happened with good customer service!
The old lady who was on the check out! Office works should be ashamed, to have her representing them, she is rude is a under statement! God help the rest of staff working with her,
This week I had the pleasure of shopping at Five Dock Store.
All staff I had contact with welcoming and helpful.
However Oisin, was the standout in the team.
Informative, helpful, offering good advice, and interested in helping me make the best decision. I was shopping for a home printer.
Big shout to him. Well done.
Even assisted me to the car.

This place has had the most abysmal service for the last 10 years.
Every time I go to print something which you'd think would be a streamlined service by now, is completely exhausting.
Half the machines don't work properly or they run out of ink or blanks when you print.
There's only ever 1 staff member managing all the printers and counter service.
If you need to do a quick photo print, add an extra hour for the wasted time of waiting for them to fix something.
Met all my needs. Would have been nice if they stocked more calligraphy products such as better written paper sheets
Worst place, staff and service ever. On the 10th February i went to officeworks to pick up a print job (which was confirmed for pick up). I head over and give the staff the print no. After keeping me a whole 30 minutes they tell me they can't find it and offered to reprint.i asked them how long it will take and they said 15 minutes so i stood right there waiting. 30 minutes had passed, so i ask them " hey you said 15 minutes, ive been waiting right here for another half hour where is this print? " Only then do they tell me there was an issue with the print. I was standing right there, could they not have told me any sooner? They tell me they can have it reprinted in 5 mins. I was standing there for over an hour so i tell them "hey ill be sitting in the car, here is my name and NUMBER please call me in 5 minutes when its done. " I wait in the car for ANOTHER 15 minutes and still no phone call. I go back inside and tell them "where is the print" they tell me they could only print 2/4 of the sheets i ordered because of the printer is down. So.why not call the number i left and just let me know the others wont be printed today. Wasted a whole 2 hours here and got barely half of what i paid for. The team members working on this day between 3PM-5PM (printing service) you need to get your act together. Honestly appaling. Officeworks your customer service in general is the worst. What's the point of having a phone if you're going to leave people on hold for 20minutes.
