Officeworks Castle Hill

No one answer the phone. This is not acceptable. Tried to call repeatedly to check up on an order that waited over 10days, phone drop out after 10mins.

Terrible printing service.first you have to wait ages in line to even get to a place where someone can help you, staff are incredibly slow and have no value of time. I was printing some designs for a present, 8 pages and not one of them turned out half decent. When they charge this much, one would expect that their printer would be of top quality, but there was marks all over my pages, yellow on the top, poor photo quality, and the colour scheme was completely messed up. Very disappointed because I had to wait another half an hour just to show them the issues, and got the response that the only thing that could be done was to print them again (which I did, surprise surprise it did nothing). Apparently it is my responsibility to know what type of printer they use and check how the colouring of that printer works! Extremely annoyed at the printer quality as well as the service. Not to mention that people with Telstra mobile plans don't have access to data, and the wifi was a nightmare to work with! I paid extra for good quality paper, which I regret very much because the pages were of no use to me at all. Better off printing at home honestly, first and last experience with their printing service.

Got served by a lazy and incompetent, unprofessional staff at printing counter. Could sense that she almost speaks and behaves to certain customers differently based on appearance

I must admit that the customer service in this store leaves a lot to be desired. I have recently purchased 2 Oppo Mobile phones from Office Works Castle Hill! Three days later, I was unable to unlock my phone due to putting the wrong password. I have immediately contacted Oppo and I was told that I have to take my mobile to Office Works Castle Hill and that should take 3-5 working days for my phone to be re-activated, I was also told that Office Works could give me a loan of a phone until mine gets fixed. I called the store and spoke to a gentleman by the name of SP claiming to be the Store Manager; he was rather rude, contemptuous and told me that it would take six weeks to unlock my phone, I asked him politely if he could suggest something else I could do, as my phone is my life-line! He hung up in my ears, saying that it was all he could do for me. So, If you are looking for after-sales service may I suggest that you avoid going to Castle Hill and head straight to Northmead Store?

Would be nice if the staff had any basic knowledge regarding ANY Products.

Probably one of the worst stores I've entered

Very slow service. Photo self checkout was not working. Took my 35 mins to get 20 photos printed and then printer was not responding. Left the store with half my print work paid for but not printed. Very frustrating experience.

Service extremely poor! Shouldn't also put products on CLEARANCE SALE if they are gonna be charged the ACTUAL PRICE at the counter.

Terrible service can never find anyone to help. When you do they dont want to assist in any way

The worst Officeworks branch in the Southern Hemisphere! No one ever answers their phone and when you go to their store, the staff are inattentive, most are hiding away from customers and try to avoid you. Everyone hangs around in the print area even when there's no customer there but there are several people in the queue waiting to pay. AVOID AT ALL COST. SACK EVERYONE.

1. Service is incredibly poor
2. I waited 30 minutes on the phone only for them to hang up on me mid-conversation
3. Inconsistent advice amongst team members with the status of my click & Collect item >> after going around in circles for 2 weeks, I found out that my order wasn't even shipped and that they were out of stock with no certain date for when i could expect the item to be re-stocked.

The clerk on another line (that i was redirected to) couldn't even reach the Castle Hill store on two occasions (I was on the phone with her for 1 hour). During this phone call, she found out through her manager that my order was actually lost.

Be better.

Phoned store waited 15.mi utes I hung up tried again still waiting for an answer. I suggest you cut you tv advertising and put more staff in store. I have given up after waiting another 20 minutes. NOf good enough.

Poor service at this particular branch, I went to return wi fi extender, have to go there again because I forgot to bring ethernet cable. Some of the staff members treat you like a half inch crawler, Mgr there need some training in customer service. They won't return anything unless the packaging is complete, that means the box it came in. They don't have 14 days price match guarantee.

Staff members are happy if you don't go there.
