Subo helped us with a lot of printing for a Wedding. She was patient and printed everything we needed (at least 200 sheets in varying sizes). She let us know the different options and would highly recommend you seek her out for any printing assistance.

Absolute terrible experience. We arrived 30 minutes before closing to print programs for my grandfathers funeral the following day. However, a staff member (she was wearing a name tag that said ‘Jamie’ but signed the print sheet ‘Jess’) refused because she needed to close the machines and do ‘other jobs’. Appalling customer servIce. Avoid this place at all costs!

Indeed, your experience at this Officeworks depends on a variety of variables The experience level of the staff can range from expert to total noob. Printing lines can be a long wait depending on the time of day and whoever decided to scan and print a entire book Printing a poster exactly how you want can be very frustrating without some knowledge of computer graphics. At the end of the day it is my local Officeworks and I appreciate the products and deals that are available there. I will give it a generous 3 's despite the shenanigans I've experienced there

Tried to print an A4 photo as a gift, couldn’t quite figure out how as all options I saw at the kiosk did not have A4 size, went to the counter and a lovely girl told me I need to choose counter service at the machine, so I did and placed the order for a same day service. Went to ask another older staff member at the counter who was a bit cold and can’t be bothered told me what happens now, she said it would not be ready right away as it’s late now and I’ll get a text when it’s ready. Called again after lunch time and the guy told me over the phone that it should be ready by the same time that day (24hours) and I went ok I’ll wait for the text.
The time came and gone and 2 hours after that still no text message so I called the store, the first guy didn’t know what to do, passed the phone to the printing department. A woman sounded like the same one I spoke to (who sounded lazy and can’t be bothered) asked me for my name and tooo over 5 mins still couldn’t find my print. Nothing on my receipt actually gave them any reference as to how to look for my print. In the end she sound it and she said it was just in the pile because “they have been busy”. Come on where’s the standard? You promised same day print and you don’t even bother telling your customer if it’s ready by the promised time?

I've just read previous reviews, they pretty much cover all the disappointment.

I would like to give 0 stars to Officeworks Castle Hill for a) their customer service, and for b) stating contradicting information. I went to print an A3 sheet and wanted on a glossy paper. The young lady at the counter mentioned that they have a backlog to print, and I need to come the following day. As it was just one sheet, I requested her to consider this one time as it was urgent. She was kind enough to acknowledge. Then her senior (old lady) had a chat with her, and the young lady mentioned their printer has stopped working! I had no option but to do self-printing, and as expected, the quality was poor. I took it back to the old lady who now said that that's what we can expect with self service printing! What! I tore the paper in front of her, and thanked them for the wonderful service.

I've made a few print orders here before but never again, told my print would be delayed despite needing it at a certain time, only told about the 30$+ prints and not the cheaper options- try North rocks office works instead, they've saved the day for the incompetence here, they like to not hand over receipts as well. Had to pull my bank statements for a refund

My jaw dropped when I saw the score given to this store. I have always received a good service at this store. Everything's in place and organised and the staff are helpful.

Very disappointed with the service. I asked for 30 cards (not pages), with 4 designs per page to be printed. The lady that served me asked to clarify whether 30 and I agreed. Then went on to print 30 pages of the design which ended up being 120 cards.
When I told her that I had said 30 cards, she went on to say that she had already checked with me and I had agreed to 30 pages. Despite there being miscommunication I would have expected for there to be a better service and for my issue to have been solved. To top it off the cards were all differently cut and none of the 4 piles she gave me were the same. Very unprofessional.

Extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful staff.
I went to get some scans and two of the employees rudely asked me to figure it out when I asked help with the scanner.it was around 11am and the place was not busy at all.most of the employees were just standing around their stations without doing anything.

After this horrible experience I went to office works at wenthworthvill and the staff were so great and friendly and got the get the job done in no time

The most frustrating photo service and unhelpful staff. Took my money and didn’t even print my photos.avoid!

Starting to look a bit worn out, needs a renovation with paint, new floors and ceiling, trolley bay needs repairing and new trolleys needed as a few are banged up and wheels not working. Good customer service.

I can recycle there (laptops, batteries, pens, printer cartridges), buy the stationary items I need & the printer inks. So nothing to complaint. It has always been easy to shop here, with the convenience of finding a parking spot in the mall. Easily accessible by the lift, this is a huge space with quite a variety of items in-store.

The photo printer is realy hard to use and waiting 30 mins to get photos after submit. I would like to go to Kmart next time. BTW, staff are not friendly at all when asking for photos.

Worst, Pathetic service at this shop. I have visited 4 times and all 4 times self service out of order. Worst customer service. Half of the staff doesn’t know what they are doing. Visit only when have patience and time.

Had to do a print job. Got on a self serve printer after 10min wait and the paper ran out after a few prints. There was no line for the kiosk area or payment registers. There were 6 people working behind the desk and 4 people were all staring at one computer trying to resolve a passport sizing issue. I was very patient and stood there quietly and waited till they were finished or for one of them to help or even acknowledge me. 15min go by and Im still standing there unacknowledged and all I needed was paper to put in the self service printer. So unprofessional and rude. Even the manager didn’t acknowledge my presence to ask what I was after. If they addressed me and heard my problem and then asked me to wait a bit longer then I would of understood.

You guys need to hire more staff, photo printing never have any paper to print orders and your staff look like their struggling and overworked

Very average service. Lots of staff around but no one who actually wants to interact with customers. Ordered a print job online, got the text to say it was ready, came in to pick it up, waited 10 minutes whilst people tried to find it, then couldn’t, then said they hadn’t actually even done it, then had to wait around while they actually did the job, all with minimal interaction/communication about what was going on. Very poor form.

Very slow service, staff won’t make eye contact or acknowledge you. I was waiting first in the line for 30 min with a large queue behind me. There were several staff behind the counter all running around but there was no service. Eventually I left.
