Officeworks Blacktown

Staff in the print shop have absolutely no idea. Both times I visited they said what I wanted to print is not possible (even though Penrith officworks has always been able to do it) Also wanted 20 x A1 posters printed but they just said its too hard and to go home and do it on their website.
Then visited Officeworks at Wetherill park and staff were excellent, got everything i needed completed on the spot.

There's a lady who works in office work never attend properly, Just call other staff to do her work or Just tell people to book for their work before.
She gives weird looks and don't know how to give customer service.
She always make faces when she wants to attend customer and on the other day she left unattended as her shift is going to over and said you must book for this earlier.

They don't have enough staff and only a few are friendly and they are the mainly the older staff
They don't say please or thank you either

Extremely dissatisfied with the service for photograph taken. They took passport photo in dark shade and can't enhance the brightness of the image.the lady was completely useless, they should have used flash while taking photograph. They charge me around 14 dollars and finally photographs ended in trash.

Extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. Travelled over 15 kms just to get the spiral binding for my daughter, which was hardly less than a minute Job but their staff member 'SP' said he is too busy and can only get this job done by next day, although other 2-3 staff members were standing idle just for helping nothing. No surprise if such poor customer service result into winding up of such big brand in coming years.

I just came in to get plans printing. Waiting 10 mins in line without the line moving. Bad service, understaffed and hopefully won’t be coming back

The best Officeworks I've ever been to. I am always served promptly and with a smile when I come to Blacktown Officeworks, which I do quite often to get my supplies/chairs/tables. The greeter at the door is always warm and friendly and offers me help if I need it. The store space is large, bright and clean and easy to navigate (just try!). The prices, as always, are fair and they price-match/beat which is great.

Abit of a wait at the printing section but other than that staff are good!

Officeworks Blacktown is highly understaffed and the small amount of staff that do work there are extremely rude, lazy and incompetent.

Avoid like the plague.

In and out really quickly, The lady who was on checkout helped me as well even when I called looking up the product codes and then continued to help me when I was in store, most people don't go out of their way and she did which is good to see. I can't remember her name but she was on checkout tonight 13/4 8: 00pm.

Love all the services they offer but they are UNDERSTAFF. I hope management would hire more so customers would all be assisted and dont have to wait for Half an hour on queue just for pick up. Good thing theres a guy staff who assisted me and did the job. Appreciate it x

Absolutely 100% customer service, both on phone by a staff member named Mitchell & in store for my purchase by Ben. Greeted immedietely & was asked if I needed help immedietely by Ben (and this was on open 7am) Transaction completed promptly and professionally. Thank You guys!

I went in-store to enquire about a price match. The person I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive of my enquiry - not a hint of customer service to be seen. I called to speak to the manager and was informed that he’ll be away for 2 weeks, so I’ll instead leave my complaint here.
