Stand in line for photos. Get redirected to kiosk. Send your photos off. But remember to stand in line again to remind the counter to put your job through, or else you'll be back in an hour to wait in line to be told that you'll have to come back in an hour to put your job through.

Pathetic customer service. They don't stock products properly and when you return a faylty product they don't want to accept it even with enough evidence of bad product. They are arrogant because they don't have competition and the MANAGER hides from customers

I visited today after a long time but still have Poor customer service, no smiles on their faces while attending a customer and staff always put on each other while serving. Very bad experience, 3rd visit but definitely will be last.
Staff needs to learn to treat all the customer same polite and smiley way despite consideration of their colour.
Also the other day they refused to match price for a Bluetooth speaker. I highly recommend they need more training.
Don’t go if you don’t wanna spoil your day.

Two staff in the printing section with a long line of 10 customers plus while at the check out there was 3 staff and one customer this has caused alot of unsettled customers awaiting service for print they also lack simple customer requests when It come to printing.

If you don't have time to stand around id suggest you go else where as the service is horrible.

The job was done quicker than expected, and it was easy to send the file online. Staff was friendly. Binding wasn't perfect but overall good.:) Would go back again.

The staff are disorganised and lack basic customer service skills. Some of the staff are very persistent with trying to convince you to make a donation at checkout. It's very annoying! Meanwhile, click and collect takes forever. Avoid this store if you can!

Absolutely disgusted with rude, obnoxious, untrained and arrogant staffs at this store. Today had the experience to be served by the rudest and most despicable guy. Doesn't know how to talk with customers. A total waste of space!

A few times I have tried to "click and collect" orders - each time I have had to wait 15-20 minutes to get the item.

Poor customer service, one person at the printing desk and the rest standing around talking. Lines were getting long and still only 1 person at the desk. So many staff but nothings getting done.

After Waiting an hour to take passport photos for my kids and it say not working, absolutely mess and disorganised.if I can give 0 star I would love to

Useless, no one knows what's happening, staff are rude and cut you off when explaining your issue. Tried to get refund on recharge card in store that I couldn't use because of faulty equipment only to be told card has zero credit. Drive home, confirm with bank statement that money was taken out of account for recharge card, have to waste more time and money to go back for refund I've already asked for in store.

Today I brought my Canon TR4500 printer for service which I purchased last 11/07/2019. I would like to commend your staff specially Emilio who
was very kind and professional. Aside from fixing the problem, he was also very helpful and user friendly guy. Another happy customer.

I was supported by the Store Manager and the Technology Coordinator today. They are excellent in customer support in all around. I highly recommend this store for you to purchase any Officeworks product.

I wish I could rate this 0 stars. I went in Saturday 13.5.2020 at 9: 00am to print off images and 1 photo. Was told I had to book the photo in online as a job and come back even though they weren't busy, there were 3 staff members behind the counter at the printer area having a casual chat. I then asked if instead of a photo I can print it on glossy paper and resize it to A5, was told they can't do that and it has to be lodged as an online job. In addition to this, 2 of the images I printed in B&W had lines through them, when we asked what went wrong the lady with the pink hair told us to email the images to the blacktown email address even though the images were already on a USB stick in my hand! Customer service non existent at this store I'm taking all my business to Kwik Kopy.

Why have so many on the shelf if the stock has been discontinued? Fix your system or atleast offer me the same price on an equivalent product.

Very poor service, keep telling lie to customer about delivery day, told us we get delivery by Monday but still didn’t get it, almost 5 days gone, keep transferring ph calls, please don’t use them according my experience. Very bad service making frustrated.

Lady name kym is doing really bad job because of her we waited 30 minutes for single page print she come on desk and we asked her to print the page she ignored and gone somewhere and still we are waiting for her to come here

I went to laminate some posters I bought, which were quite expensive anyways, I asked the lady in the print area, that I would like matte and to have two posters trimmed, I went to grab them and got home, when I had a look at them, they were all glossy and they didn't trim the margins.and I paid $112.for the wrong service.

Pretty average officeworks store. Staff seem to be undertrained and have almost no knowledge of the products they are selling. Probable easier to order products online and have them delivered.
