Officeworks Blacktown

The closing time for Saturday and Sunday is 7pm. Please correct your timing. We went there and and found the store closed at 8 pm

Awkward and unfriendly staff, definitely not returning to this store until staff know how to do their job.

Staff were very helpful and solved a printing issue i was having, saved me tons of time on cutting out individual invites. Very happy thank you

Nicky helped me to print my child's birthday invitations. I was so impressed with her customer service! She was very responsive although she was busying serving other customers. She also provided genuine feedback on the print, and she was willing to work with me until I was completely satisfied with the results.
I really appreciated Nicky's willingness to go the extra mile. She worked in the customer's interest and made sure that I was happy with the final product. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great customer experience.

I got here at 9am right on opening. I wanted to print 75c worth of photos. I left the store at 9: 45.
The self serve printer wasn't working so I was forced to join the line at the counter that had somehow formed despite there being maybe 10 people total in store. There was one girl working the counter who was unfortunately struggling with a difficult customer and a broken printer (I'm seeing a pattern) all of this would have been fine stuff happens. Except a short haired older woman who I assumed was the manager, just watched this line get longer and the people in it more frustrated. When she finally did something about it she asked another poor girl who was already serving the line at the till to step in. While continuing to not be very helpful herself.
I don't normally care about this sort of stuff retail can be brutal. But come on this was just sheer laziness on the managers part.

Dispite being very busy in the store the staff were so nice and provided great service. Very happy

I told the chick about their trolleys hitting cars out the front and the chicks reaction couldn’t have been less concerned…. A shrug of the shoulders and no action or response.just a moan “orrrh” and then carry’s on without going out to collect the trolleys that have legit smashed and landed sideways on customers parked cars.

Terrible customer service waiting for almost 10 minutes in the que to pay and other staff kat talking with her colleague but did not respond to help over the counter after one of the staff member tell her and she came to work. Litterly Time waster, Officeworks should take some action against her

The staff here are very helpful and friendly. It does get busy at times but that's expected. Always have a good experience here.

BLACKTOWN office works, you are amazing. On two different occasions I have needed help whilst writing a book, first time was what program to purchase to be able to do speach to text, the young man showed me a perfect program already installed on my computer. The 2nd was a lovely young man who showed me how to save the book to a USB drive for the printers. Great work guys

Worst Officeworks store. No customer support. Rude staff and on top of they Mis-lead customer regarding their own policies. Totally unethical people working here or may be this how officeworks trained their staff behind the doors.

I have waited 30 minutes for a click and collect after being told to wait on the side and not a single worker has come to assist. Nice.

Since the laundromat appeared the parking vanished.

Will be avoiding this store from now on.

Very poor customer service with incompetent staff. Need to bind only about 80 pages, only one person serving although many other staff were doing nothing. Waited for over 25 minutes and then told that for this 5 minutes job, I need to drop the documents and collect after 2 days. They should rather put the notice so that people don't waste their time by standing in the queue.

Worst customer service had to wait for about 30 mins at the printing counter before I was served as if they didn't bothered

Terrible, I would not recommend at all. I was asked to drive to Blacktown to print an A2 and that's done same day. However drove 39 minutes to get there and was told that they can only print with 24 hours notice. Spoke to Rahillah who is in charge, hoping that they could help but no.just wasted my time.
Can someone tell me why level of service varies terribly between officeworks. Could not fault Minchinbury though. Called Penrith officeworks and they advised they can do it instantly.simply do not recommend Blacktown officeworks St all.

5 star review for my boy Roy. That's my guy right there. Absolute legend hooked me up with the Typhoon Gaming Desk Ultimate. Instantly accepted my click and collect after I called up and described that I had been on a journey from the Central Coast specifically for this beast of a gaming desk. After providing exceptional customer service, Roy assisted me in using the self serve photo kiosk and got my pictures printed. Roy is a beast, promote this man. Immediately.

Went into blacktown office works just for school supplies. Went to ask store person Jo (short hair bleached) about specifically materials relating for a school project, only to have her role her eyes at me, tell me where to find it and ignore my question complete. I've never been so upset about a customer service experience.

It’s all about Mr. Roy from Blacktown officeworks… he was great in helping me find the solution. I went with a under warranty Tv and was so frustrated. But the way he dealt was great, Friendly and polite he did the things which I didn’t even ask and wasn’t aware that I can do. He went above and beyond… great work Roy … keep it up. And the young fella “Shiv” was great too. Thanks both of you …

I just left the Blacktown Office works and would like to comment on the fantastic service from Roy and staff that assisted me and Helen regarding editing and printing a special picture celebrating a couples 80th birthdays.
