75 Disappointed with customer service.
Rob was very rude, no respect for the customer at all.
Definitely not going there any more.
We asked assistant to call another store (due to low stocks), to confirm stock availability on a tablet. He said he'd be back in a moment and we waited 20+ minutes. He must of gone to lunch. Poor service as it took 10mins to even find assistance. We conveniently dumped all our other items we were going to purchase and went elsewhere. If there was anything less than one star to give you, we would!
Laser printers are without stock most of time in shop. Ordered online, no stock at pick up date. Staff replying me in the mid-morning: Pick up time will contact me by SMS at afternoon. Unfortunately, never received any of reply about pick up date delay. As you go to the shop at the same date 19: 00pm, the final reply is: The item needs to wait our warehouse delivery to my shop and take your time to pick up again. My personal question is: What time will your warehouse will and willing to delivery the stock to your shop?
Pretty good Officeworks. Usually well stocked. Good to see they have re-arranged the pens / pencils / exercise books area - seems to have a more expansive range.
Biggest issue with this location is the parking. At peak times it can be challenging to get a park.and you have to deal with the idiots who just sit there waiting for a park and are unwilling to move to enable those parked to exit easily. It would be good if they moved to a more expansive location like the Megacentre or a standalone location somewhere between Blacktown and Parklea.
Bought Studymate Sheffield desk from Blacktown Office works and found it in a damaged and rusted condition.
Unable to return it as I opened the box and it is going to be a massive task to re arrange the item, wood, screws into the box properly.
Looks like no quality check is done by officeworks and damaged products are being sold.
Officeworks Blacktown DISGUSTS ME. I was practically ROBBED of $2.65 dollars. I clearly pressed A4 when printing, then i get an A3? I tell a store clerk and they replied "That's alright, we'll refund you the whole price of this one. " Did they? DID THEY? THEY DID NOT. They only gave me back 62 cents. My balance after printing an A4 after my initial A4 which came out A3, was $1.32 and after checking my card 5 TIMES the balance only mildly increased leaving me with $1.95. After repeating this to another clerk atleast 3 times, they just left me. I stayed there til closing hours. My balance now is 49 cents. I am once again stating that i am DISGUSTED, APPALLED, AND HORRIFIED by the service of this store. Unbelievable.

Really need to sort out the parking situation, zero on street parking and rarely able to get a spot. A dedicated online collection spot would be great.
The young lady that served us at the printing desk was outstanding. Very helpful with paper selection and accomodating with cutting to size with the guillotine.

We are a business account holder with Officeworks.
This morning one of our staff members who had a problem with his leg visited the store and asked if someone can assist him in finding few items - he was referred to 5 different people and all denied help and passed on to the next person - not to mention how rude each one of them was.
In the end he requested he will go and look around but if he could at least just get a shopping trolley and he was advised there are no shopping trollies available in the store.
We have visited multiple stores around the western Sydney area over the past years however this was by far the most pathetic experience we faced.
Really bad service. I had a click and collect order which was missing items and had to go and collect the item again. It wasn't even kept ready for me and I had to wait for a long time to receive it. Staff were not apologetic at all with the inconvenience this caused.
This officeworks location is pretty good and has everything you need but the parking is tragically in need of more spaces. Only go during business hours and if you really need something. Getting a low rating cause of the parking not the service.
Worst experience with officeworks. Delivering faulty laptops on the name of clearance. Exchanged faulty laptop after one day, however second one is also having the same issue. Their technical staff is refusing to accept the fault.
I am sorry but I am not happy with the the customer service at this shop. I chose 4 different notebooks to buy and they had none in stock.
Simply tell customers to buy online and don't waste people's time.
I find the whole experience of “click & collect” silly when i would like to at least test a sample of the product in store. In my case their were no monitors in store so i couldn't check the resolution of the monitor im paying for.
Not only that. I have to come in 3 times this week to pick up my items? Like are you kidding me? Why cant i pick them all up in one day? ! Silly silly process.
I needed to print but usb was acting up, lovely female staff member was very helpful and provided excellent customer service, she help me print out important document.this was last month.
Very Horrible customer service. I could not believe I was in there for 1 and half hours trying get to someone to help me and show me how print a photos Bec Ive never done it before
Last week I went into this store to buy one of their more expensive office chairs. They did not have one on display and said that they will get one put together in a few days or so but could not put one together that night.as I am spending over $300 I wanted to know what they felt like before i purchased one. He siad he would take my number and give me a call when it was on display. I gave him my name and number, but when I hadn't heard back within a week I went to the Castle Hill store who had them on display. After trying one I got the more expensive model, which I had to go back to the Blacktown store to purchase. The price had gone up within the week by $14 and they would not honour the price I was given despite having photgraphic evidence of the price. Theynsaid I should have gotten the assistantbto givenme a written quote
Today I have met an excellent staff member as very kind and provided professional customer care service who name is Mr Emilio.
He did his best looking for Folding chairs for me that I bought 10qty. He taken from warehouse to casher counter and keep apologized being delayed process.
Really I m happy with his service so I will keep visiting this amazing store.thanks again mate!
Great service by Erika who helped us with a last minute print for a memorial service. Put us at ease on a difficult day and was very kind.
