Very poor stock of products, no one helped me even though I said hi to hopefully signal that I wanted assistance and no one at the register ready to make point of sale. Very poor experience.

Wow. Dont bother trying to call them.
INCREDIBLY. NOT A SINGLE MEMBER OF THE OVERSTAFFED STORE IS WILLING OR ABLE TO ANSWER THE PHONE!

perhaps profit levels are so great they are unconcered with the potential loss of sales through unanswered calls. Whatever the reason, having foolishly ignored all my calls this morning has cost them another sale

Its a worsr place to go but I have no other option. I used to think its understaffed but I realized after regular visit that the people who are working there just dont care about customers. I always have to wait for at least 10 minutes to get served.

Went there to pick up a phone for my mum, found one, untill then almost every staff member who passed by asked if I needed anything. 3 stars for that and till that everything was fine. Billing counter 1.40 - 1.45 pm 29th August 2019, two female staff at the counter, the lady who took the piece of paper from me to get the phone didn't seem very happy, like why are you even here. The young girl offered to help and she shunned her away, not very nice. You are having mood swings, a bad day I don't need to know about it. What if I am having a bad day and decided to buy a phone to cheer myself, I don't want you to mess that for me. Kindly be kind to your customers and your co workers.

Friendly and helpful staff. Numerous staff asked if I needed assistance. When I did require assistance, staff provided great service to me. Good facilities for printing off photos quickly. Great variety of stationery and office items. Easily accessible by car and public transport. Lots of parking available.

Literally 2 people working the store, been standing at the checkout entry line for a while now, still yet to be served or even acknowledged. Pump up the staff numbers and I'll give you a 5 star

Pretty good. Nice products, and maybe it's just because I love stationery, I want to get everything in the stationery isles. They have a greater range of products than what I normally get, which is great. My only problem, which seems like a recurring problem in other people's reviews as well, is their staff. They aren't as good as other stores and stuff. Sometimes they are a bit rude and a lot of the time this office works is a bit understaffed. Otherwise this Officeworks is pretty solid for me.

Had to wait to get my passport photos done as only 1 person was manning the floor. But Shweta assisted us all in a smiling and calm manner and apologised for us waiting for her to complete some printing for a couple who had loads of questions. Thanks Shweta!

Went to get a printout for my university studies and asked for assistance with getting the printout but the staff was very rude and didn’t provide any help.
Would never be visiting back again.
