Very weird customer service from a team called Pradesh. I got the feeling after his service that he must be working unpaid for long time as if nothing left in him. Just standing and staying away from customers.very disappointed and will never go again. Hope the management will look into such poor customer service.

The place is run by incompetent idiots. Customer service is non-existent and printing is done incorrectly and takes forever. Don't bother with this place.

Unprofessional costumer service, manager of the auburn officewoorks (erica) was rude and she was really weird, I never seen someone like her in my life, please change them to professional peoples

Absoule joke. Printing invitations on thicker card. Guy has my job on the screen, took the paper to put in the printer then tells me to hold on. He has disappeared for 15 minutes already. I asked the worker on the computer next to me if he could print it cause this guy has disappeared and he told me to wait and serve the next person. Customer service is definitely not strong point at this store

I haven't had much help at this store in the past. Being blind, makes things difficult for me, but today I received some great help from Ian behind the counter on how to set up the printer I had bought. He was excellent and very helpful.

The management team and its staff are clueless for when it comes to customer service and how to manage a shop. Waited in line to have something printed for 30 + minutes as a lady in front of me didn't know what she wanted whilst there were many other workers standing around most of the time with no customers to serve. Despite gesturing to them, I was met with no response in return. A message for management: Teach your employees the basics of running a store in a way that involves using common sense and logic. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Went to auburn office work. It seems staff in that store don’t really want to do their job just getting paid for not doing anything. Every time I went their its time waste. I need to do 3 documents scan and they said three hour booking as they don’t have busy morning at that time. I don’t know why they open that store to send people back without doing job. Totally time waste, this store needs to be shut down.

This is THE place for me to find my stationary needs, papers, ink, they just have it all.almost all.good service too. (20 July 2023 update:) Occasionally very slow queue management. People left waiting at the printing counter. Not all printing can be done self service. They need training. Generally lack of care

Officeworks outlets are Horrendously Understaffed, which means it takes too much time to get anything done. While the Officeworks owner is buying beach mansions, the outlets are cutting costs and making customers suffer. This is pathetic. Situation is much better in third world countries.

The staff are great but they definitely need more staff to be hired and help them. It’s not fair to them

Tried calling twice no answer just went on hold music and the voice recorder confirms unable to take your call and call ends and in one other call voice recorder is trying to take rating from a scale of
0-10 how likely we would recommend office works to friends surely with such service no one can answer call at 7.45am and no service provided the scale rating would be one fat 0.

The range of products and services is awesome. You can take a flash memory card there and print colour photos or documents for binding etc.
I found some nice little stationery items for my lesson diary, like liquid paper and eraser etc.
Lots of experienced staff there to help when needed.

The guy Ali was very rude. He doesn’t know anything about customer service. He should learn to be polite with the customer. Overall, never coming back because of him.

Terrible customer service and shopping experience, no wonder office works stores are closing down

Asked for something at the counter. Waited 20 minutes for me to ask again and they said they didn't have any.

Total chaos - as usual not one staff member on checkout and about 10 people standing in line - growing all the time. I DO NOT blame the staff. Who owns / franchises this store? Wentworthville is heaps better, though smaller, and is now my go to store.

I visited this store today, Service is not good and they talk harshly with the customer. Especially in the print department. Long wait and no good service unfortunately

Very very slow service. Management not happy to help at all. Do not recommend it at all! Just for few printing wasted my 45 mints
