Spoke to Sujan who expedited a business critical order with ease. Thanks to Sujan, our operation experienced no disruption because we were able to collect much needed materials quickly. Thank you!

The staff were complete disgrace. Only 2 staff in such a huge store. The customer were lined up and only 1 staff was there who was working on the printer while all the customers were waiting. After 10 minutes of wait, when we calle him to assist us, he got angry and denied to help. All the customer were so upset.
That's not the only problem, we ordered a click and collect because we didn't want to wait days for online delivery and when we got there to get our click and collect order, guess what, the staff said that it will take 3 4 days as it was a weekend and the item have to come from head office. What's the point of ordering a C&C?
I always thought Officework is a great place but this store is a shame. I'll go anywhere but this Auburn store.

A fantastic Officeworks with a large range of products and free parking. The store is very clean and open for a wide range of hours. Officeworks have a click and collect as well as delivery options.
I love the headphones available from here as they have low priced sets of headphones from $2.
I normally get the ones with a mic they're $4.50.
Great range of products seeking to have everything you need to run a great office.

Went to do some printing and staff was helpful. Checkout lines were long but print line was shorter. Could use more staff on both.

I am company director holding 30 days business account with Officeworks and usually shop at Punchbowl Store, However I was passing by Auburn so I stop there to exchange small items for my kids as they were to start school on Monday. I had all records of purchases on my phone including receipt etc. When I got to counter I have been greeted by young team member name Arya, she start to helping me while I was talking to her Arya's colleague told me that oh its online order and we cannot access it however Arya's ignored her and within a minute she figured it out how to access the online orders receipt and she completed the transaction very efficiently. I own a retail store and know how important to have team member like Arya. Well done Arya!

Opening hours stated as open until 9pm but were closed when I was there around 7: 20 pm, when called the next day to enquire, staff was ignorant and said they close at 7 and hung up.change ur store timings online as well to avoid negative customer experience

The staff is super rude and I don't know what they think of themselves. No sense of customer service and very rude in communication. No one is ready to assist you. In my case I had to wait for 15 minutes just to get a document printed, when I was first in the queue. The staff must learn a lot of customer service skills.

Horrible customer service! Went there early this morning only to be treated like were invisible. We’ve waited 30 minutes for nothing & it wasn’t busy at all! Didn’t even tried to help us, when my hard drive is not working or even double check if they receive the email. Tried to approach this guy in front but he didn’t even looked at my partner and proceeded to look through his phone and said “wait a minute” when in fact it has been 30 minutes to just print my documents! We left and we didn’t even get any apologies or even a look from them that’s just shows how garbage they treat their customers. Hope you guys can fix this. Thanks!

Horrible customer service. Been attempting to call for TWO hours. Office works continuously hung up on me and I'm still until now trying to call them. Will keep calling them until the store closes. Disgusting behaviour.

Self serve for Printing photos and Self serve for printing documents and scan too. Helpful staff

Did not want to give any stars. Tried to call the number about on six different occasions, but ring no answer. What a terrible service. Made a click and collect purchase more than a week ago, but still no update even though estimated date was 10th Nov.

Avoid this place at all cost. Treat customer like they don’t exist. One young Asian female was talking to another staff and let the customer wait for her (no apologies) while it was close to closing time. When she served customer her face and attitude towards us like we did something wrong to her or we owed her some money. Also very rushing to take money. Do not expect any ‘hi’ or a thank you during the transaction. Worst experience ever never come back. Couldn’t believe this kind of service exist in Officeworks. Go somewhere else.

The girl who is at the entrance of name selfrina very rude and told me that I could not print it in the same way seui tried and after 20 min she told me that if I wanted to print I had to wait more than 2 days to collect it lying and rude for What did he tell me to never go back to this headquarters? I prefer to drive.
She is a horrible person for the way talks to the clients and in the end do not help in anything only told me go way

I would say one of the worst Office works when it comes to passport ID photo
They never send us the soft copy till date.
Also they are always short in staff long wait.
And I had worst experience.
As describe they give you 4 pictures.
They only gave us 2 pictures and charge full amount.

At this point, these guys should remove their telephone number online. No point when you have a land line but not a single person picks up ever. I've tried to call them multiple times but they won't pick up. If only they got your order right at least when you turn up at the store for a click and collect. Not the employee's fault though. Just your basic greedy corporate who want to cut corners by employing the least amount of people to make their giant stores look mildly inhabited.

Do not buy from Officeworks auburn. Their customer service is terrible. They are happy to take your money but when having a default problem.they will refuse to help, they will tell you go to another company this is the second time it’s happening to me. Just don't buy from them. Spend your money somewhere that actually is thankful and cares about their customers.

Worst office works iv been or dealt with called over 10 times no answer what’s the point of having a phone number if you can’t answer the phone to your customers!

Absolutely terrible customer service and inexperience at the Print and Copy desk. Have utilised another Officeworks print centre to print Avery labels (using Avery template document) on numerous occasions without issue. At this Officeworks, I'm told that it is very hard to print within the lines and that labels have never been printed correctly before (seriously? !) - there is a lot of fiddling around and at the end of the kerfuffle I'm told to go to the other Officeworks if they've printed correctly previously. Apparently I'm lucky to not be charged for them wasting my labels and my time.

It appears they've lost the ability to answer the phones. Was calling through to check the stock on a certain item and the phone rang for literally 5 minutes.
I thought maybe something weird had happened with my call, so I hung up and tried again. Same scenario, but I gave up after a few minutes.
Either they're understaffed or don't care, preferably the first one because that's presumably easily fixed.

Worst officeworks ever. I have been to this branch few times and waited in line for more than 20mins for only couple of pages of print, while they could have served me when waiting tk complete others job. Bad customer service!
