Easy to find a parking, that's pretty good. However, it's really hard to find a shop assistant to help you, they look quite busy and answer your questions without patience.
Tasmia is really nice, she tried her best to help me and give me good suggestion, considering and friendly girl.

The store is well organised but a bit understaffed. Tasmia dealt with all my requirements in a friendly and efficient manner. She got all my work done when the requirements I wanted were a bit tedious to complete due to the nature of time required for my large sizing print. The person that she replaced - Sue, had trouble understanding what I wanted and after 8 mins of repeating myself, I was just increasingly getting irritated with her tone and attitude towards me. I was just so relieved to have Tasmia take over my work and get my job done.

Avoid SUE serving you wherever possible! Other than that, great service.

ABHORRENTLY ABYSSMAL Service from one of the print and copy ladies! SUE I believe is her name. Gave me attitude and a belittling demeanour as to my simple print and copy request when I came in at 6: 15. After waiting for MORE than 10+ mins to be served. She simply left my request undone, whereby she passed my work onto a more collected and intelligible print and copy worker who wonderfully did my job in a matter of minutes without any ordeals or hassles (THANK YOU SO MUCH TASMIA - excellent team member).

Wouldn't return to be served by SUE ever again! The only 3 stars I gave was all for Tasmia's excellent and speedy service exclusively. I'd give 5, but the store needs to realise whos competent enough to be able to handle the workload at Officeworks.

I thought there was no way all these bad reviews could be true, but alas they are accurate. The store is massively understaffed, or they have enough staff but the staff don't care enough to help. I'm not sure which one, either way, I'd skip this stop and head elsewhere! 2 stars for the lady who finally did help me.

Worst customer service. I went there to buy a printer. No one was willing to help.
I asked 2-3 staff members but didn't found proper response. Finally one guy (Syed) guided us a bit but he was also seemed to be lost in his own world. He left us at check out in the middle of the transaction.
No staff member likes to smile at all there.
Understaffed store.

Went in to look for PC accessories, as I walked through the door I was made to feel less than welcome & like we were a burden for walking in, no acknowledgement or hi, how are you!
Walked for 5 minutes trying to find a staff member, when I finally found one, they weren't very helpful & didn't even listen to my question.
Also tried to sell me something I didn't even ask for.
Needs a size 10 foot up the rear to kick it into gear or hirer new staff that actually want to be there!

I bought the laptop. There was no demo laptop to look into its processor or speed. We also looked into the online reviews, since usage differs from one person to another, we didnt get the good idea so we relied on the sales person. BUT The sales guy didnt utter a word and handed us the laptop. We went to exchange for another laptop within a week as it was too slow once we opened it. On going there, there is only one manager for a big setup, so the wait was long, secondly on asking to exchange for another one with a better speed we were simply not allowed to return or exchange the product because the box was open. I didnt even throw the covers of the accessories when i opened it. We were very careful about it. This isnt expected from a well known retailer.

HEAVILY understaffed. If you're coming here to print, be prepared to wait in a long long line. Only one person attending the printing station at times and all the staff look so lost. Poorly planned out store with things kept everywhere. Really needs a restructure.

Poor management, don't for fill there match and beat price as offered on there website, then after I purchased and paid for my item from them, they said they would of done it cheaper, takes them way to long to answer there phone and when they do they hang up not many staff for big store.

Interacted with 2 of the staffs over here to help me in getting my photos printed. Though 1 guy was absolutely unhelpful and rude (did not get to see his name, but I saw him doing the store close announcement and was at billing counter for sometime, was speaking Hindi and had a beard), whereas the lady at counter Tasmia helped me a lot in getting things done. She was very very helpful. The store needs more staff like her who are going one step forward to assist the customers instead of some rude staff. I hope after reading this review he makes some changes to his behavior.

Excellent customer service. Friendly staff. A very helpful and nice lady Tasmia is her name tried her best to help us. She fixed our printing problem in no time after a frustrating service at anthor store. She did that with a nice smile on her face. Highly recommend this place for your printing

This store has a lot of potential, however they only ever seem to have 2 staff members behind the desk. One does printing while the other does sales. As a result, expect to stay there a while in the queue. Generally their stock is pretty good, though annoyed at times when I go to do basic printing and they are out of stock of some of the most commonly used paper - you would think they would avoid this given it is their business? ! I don't think I've ever seen anyone smile there, a bit of a shame.

It is very rare to see more than one person serving at the payment counter. So even if its not much crowded there you still will have to wait to pay for the stuff you purchase. If Officeworks can't hire more staff, they should at least put self service check outs in their store so that it is more convenient both for us and them

Worst customer service! Short on staff, no staff members are willing to help! Staff aren't friendly at all, I went to print 7 pages and it took me almost half an hour to be served! Has happened to me several times. Would never recommend Auburn Officeworks to anyone at all!

Employees do not want to guide you right way, are lair. They want to sale even its not right for you. They do not have time for you as well.

I bought a Samsung S9 mobile phone for Officeworks Auburn. After 2 months the power button was faulty so I took it to Samsung who verified it was faulty and not repairable, so they offered me a new replacement. They also wrote me an authorisation email outlying the damages and said I can show this to Officeworks to get a Refund.

I took the faulty phone back to Officeworks Auburn (and printouts of the authorisation email from the Samsung technician, original invoice and charger/earphones and was Served by Carlo (not his real name), one of the managers.

First Carlo tried to dismiss me, because I did not bring the original phone box. I had to show the them Australian Consumer Law website that outlines original packaging is not required. Then he told me I was not eligible for a refund, because Officeworks need to send it to a 3rd party repairer to attempt to fix it. He admitted he knows the results of the 3rd party repaired would be they cannot fix it, because the Samsung technician cannot fix it. But ensured me this was the Officeworks policy to waste my time and make it difficult for me to obtain a refund. BTW Carlo, this is a breach of consumer rights as outlined by ACCC.

This officeworks could be great since it's such a relatively big and bright store but there is lack of staff and no one ever picks up the phone. I had tried ringing over 3 days, through out the whole day, each time and nothing. I really would like to speak to a staff member about a purchased product, before having to drive all the way there.just to speak to someone!

Lack of staff and service. They should make the check-out sign more noticeable and check the queue. We waited in line and watched people push in front. I'd rather buy online.

Rung around 12 times in 2 days and no one picks up the phone - just goes engaged after 15 or so rings.
