Our experience:
Firstly, we love the 3D apartment tours, they make a massive difference to or online experience and certainly make Novak stand out from the crowd.
Mack is a fantastic guide on the videos as well as in person, he showed us a couple of properties and was incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. He went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion.

We applied for the above-mentioned apartment and we got an incredibly quick response from Genevieve, she too was exceptionally helpful and professional. She got answers to our questions from the landlord very quickly, and when she sensed that the apartment might not be for us she suggested an alternative, arranging a next day visit - it turned out to be a great option. Within a day of our application we already had an alternative inspection arranged, we were super impressed.

Macey was waiting out front when we arrived, took us through the apartment and answered all of our questions, calling Genevieve when she needed to clarify something. Once again, we were impressed at how professional and helpful she was. And then she took it to another level, within an hour of seeing the apartment and telling her we were interested she had us pre-approved and had sent us details about paying a deposit, which we finalised the same afternoon.
By mid-afternoon we had the contract ready to sign, it was incredible.

Genevieve answered our questions perfectly first thing the following morning and we were signed and good to go!

In 8 years of living in Sydney, and the last few weeks of apartment hunting we haven't been as wow'ed by any agent, and here we had a whole team that blew us away.

We wanted to pass on enormous thanks to each of them for making this such a great experience, and to congratulate management for building such an all-star team.

These people are so stupid! And ignorant.
A) falsely assuming my review is to do with my mother who apparently rents through them? Who doesn’t even live in this country! Nor has rented in the last 25 years of her life haha.
B) to disclose reasons as to why people are posting reviews, is just plain down right moronic.
C) have you ever heard of the term used “the customer is always right” or even if they are wrong, your responses make Novak company look down right unprofessional and unhelpful.

I have just rented a property in Dee Why through Novak.
Paige Rolton has been fantastic. I had a couple of requests and Paige was very prompt to organise and reply to me. She is very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Emily at Novak reception was exceptionally helpful, polite and friendly as well. She also is a great barista.

An excellent team of dedicated and willing professionals who look after the end to end of your investment property carefully. Special thanks goes to Milos who is extremely professional, timely and an absolute pleasure to deal with

I can only say great things about my experience with Novak Properties. They really care about the local community and strive for excellence. What a great company!

The worse encounter with this real estate in 2017 and what we went through personally with them is just disgusting. They act like your calls and emails are a nuisance. Most of the girls that work there all act like everyone is beneath them and they are untouchable. Get a reality check and learn some decent Customer service.

Angelo and the whole Novak team did a fantastic job running a successful auction campaign for our unit in Dee Why. We found their approach innovative, fresh and focused. Highly recommended!

The most unprofessional real estate agents we've ever encountered. Our previous rental sold and they never kept us updated, inspections were booked in randomly and never gave us enough notice to prepare.

The agent named Mack gave me an appointment and he just canceled it when I arrive, in front of me, because he was late to show other apartment. So why he gave me an appointment? I had to come from far and leave my work and he just canceled the appointment in a really disrespectful attitude.

No goutz Angelo! I don't want ya junk and my box says as much. Ta!

p.s. How about standing up and taking responsibility for YOUR junk mail. How about "don't dis my ability! " If they do a great job, why bring it up?

here's a great idea.just stop printing the thousands of flyers every week that no one wants!

Mark & Lisa Novak, PAY your debts. If you're a tradie, or contractor stay away. Mark & Lisa are refusing to pay an overdue debt - even though they issued an approved work order. STAY AWAY FROM NOVAK PROPERTIES.

Big thank you to our Property Manager Brooke. Throughout our tenancy Brooke was highly professional and easily contactable. Any issues, concerns or question that we had Brooke was able to answer and provide assistance/help when required. I highly recommended having Brooke as a Property Manager through Novak.

I've been renting a unit in Dee Why with Novak for almost a year. Dealing with property manager Snjezana Zarb has been absolutely fantastic, best customer service i've ever experienced. She replied to every requests within 1 working day, always available over the phone and helpful.

The property management services at Novak Properties provide a high level of professional service and dedication

Amazing local estate agency! We have had a faultless 3 years renting a property through property manager Branka Stankovic. She has been extremely professional, personable and efficient in all her dealings. Her friendly atttitude makes you feel relaxed and confident and almost like family! Would highly recommend Branka and Novak to anyone.

Avoid renting through Novak. They leave tenants to fend for themselves. They claim to 'never sleep' but you cant get hold of anyone after 5.30pm. Once you move in they simply do not care.

Our property manager Brooke is incredibly helpful and professional. She has gone out of her way at every opportunity to make sure our needs are met and is highly responsive to any requests. We have had such a great experience working with Brooke and highly recommend Novak as a result.

This agency is not interested at all in their local area. That they say they are a local agent is untrue, unless you are developer who wishes to flaunt the gap in the SEPP for affordable housing and erect boarding house where they can. So coming to you, in fact it could be right next door if the block land is big enough a 103 room boarding house just like the one the developer is proposing for a site in Frencks Forest. Shame on the Agency, only intersted in money, not it's community
