Seller of unit in Narrabeen, NSW. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with Novak Properties, I recently decided to downsize and sell my 2 bedroom unit in Narrabeen. What could have been a very stressful time was in fact stressless. From the minute I engaged Novak the team was on board. Everything from the social media, the photographer, signage, marketing etc.was superb. The young man that looked after my sale Bidhan Shrestha was extremely professional and respectful and is a credit to the Novak team.

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Their portfolio of properties encounters serious structural problems, they make up properties to look beautiful, charge over market price, don't give any assistance in resolving the issues, and steal the bond/deposit from the clients.they are a rip-off and should not be allowed to do business.

Very good with all of the above. I found Billy very professional and helpful from start to finish and was very pleased with the way he dealt with everything.

Horrible experience renting with them. They don't reply to emails and attend phone calls if there are any issues in property. If they reply they keep on delaying tactics to get away. We had few issues which were not resolved till the end of lease.

Iliana Nonkovich was a real help. She did a great job to find a good tenant for my property. She stayed in contact the whole time and kept checking in to make sure I was understanding everything. I highly recommend using her to help with your real estate requirements.

My partner and myself have been renting a property with Novak Properties for close to 1 year and I strongly recommend the use of their Real estate services. The team has been professional, pro-active and reactive when it comes down to helping us with the duration / extension of our lease.
We have had the chance to deal in particular with Brankica Cucak, who has managed to make herself available and help us when we needed it, she is professional and always down for a quick laugh when he meet.

they are the worst agency I ever see in my life
just carful when you dealing with them, they are impostor and cheater
they called me at 9am to inspect my unite at 10 am (only 1 hour notice) and when I said I'm not there they reply we use our key

also they push us to clean our unit same as an exhibition for sale inspection and promise to reduce our rent for any week they have inspection (for 12 weeks) but at the end they charged us same amount ($500) as cleaning for a small unit (we already cleaned perfectly)
and after 3weeks we still have not received our bond

The team at Novak were excellent and very efficient to deal with when leasing my unit. The process was easy and the staff were all lovely to deal with. A great experience all round.

Very disappointing at the end. Sienna seems lovely but when we asked from 12 month to 8 month she told us we only do 6month. She made us wait and told us it's is on a good way. They organised another inspection and told us it's still processing. While she could just have said look its too short we can't do it instead of keeping ours hopes. I think it is very not a honest way to proceed.

Stevan Bubalo has got to be one of the best agents in the Northern Beaches. We were selling our Dee Why unit in what could only be described as a truly terrible time to sell - but we had found our next property, and had no choice but to sell! Stevan worked tirelessly week in, week out, advocating for us until we sold. He would open our property twice on a Saturday and even on a Sunday. He was available for walk throughs at any time.
