Mark Novak made a post today advertising a small, disheveled warehouse in Dee Why referring to it as an “AFGHAN DELIGHT” as well as posting a video describing the dump of a property as “A bit of Afghanistan in Dee Why. ”

As the director of the agency, how could Mark possibly think this was appropriate? Especially given the current events unfolding in Afghanistan. Completely disgusting and a representation of the character of Mark Novak. As an Afghan myself, I am offended, repulsed and expect to see an apology addressing this revolting attempt at humour.

Absolutely Outstanding From start to finish.
From Start to Finish the team at Novak were absolutely Fabulous, Lisa and her team made everything very easy for us to understand, the communication was spot on. We where never left not knowing anything, the group Chat was a great touch with everyone in the loop at all times, Daily updates. Very average at best service from these guys.
The day my tenancy started I was given one key for a 3 bedroom dwelling then told I had to pay for new keys to be made at my own expense. My rent was calculated wrong.

I had a very good review from my landlord after inspection.

When I left the outgoing inspection was extremely thorough much more thorough than the ingoing. That thorough that they tried to get me to pay for things that never existed when I moved in. Things like door jams missing creating damage to walls stains that were already existing. Electrical gear left by the landlord before my tenancy.

I was spoken to like a piece of garbage. Would definitely not recommend. Whilst living there I purchased an investment property in the area and I know who I won’t be heading to as a landlord.

Great Experience as a Buyer
Found our via Lisa’s Instagram, and was able to buy it before it went on-market. Lisa and her team made the process so easy, and communicated with us every step of the way. Also a big shoutout to Jade who delivered the keys, handled our settlement and topped off the amazing experience. Thanks Novak!

I must say James is the best sales I ever had. He is passionate, hardbworking and most importantly trustworthy. During the selling process, he was on my side every step of the way. He is the legend.

This real estate agent has no customer service at all. They never feel sorry about their mistake. After renting their properties, there is no followups at all. No signed contact return, no receipt. Even the building manager is not recommending them. How horrible.

They have done a number of illegal things as real estate agents. Please feel free to contact me and I will happily show you screenshots of illegal activity they have conducted.

Genevieve, cleo and Angela are especially rude and do not understand basic real estate /Tenant laws which is very very concerning.

Branka is a manager and is very rude and not professional. I have proof of this in emails if anyone would like to see conversations I've had with her.

Please take your bussiness elsewhere as they will only give you 1 to 3 days notice of an inspection when the legal requirement is at least a week (unless an emergency, of which it was not as I have proof it was a routine inspection which is minimum 7 days notice) This is a very basic law which they are unable to understand. When I said this to them they told me a week was not 7 days and I was absolutely dumb founded to hear someone ever say this.

Branka is extremely rude and not professional.
Genevieve said I never raised an issue about the electricity sockets during inspections.
I have 24/7 video and audio security running and have proof that I did multiple times,
She conducted the outgoing inspection without notifying me at all.
Angela gave me 3 days notice of a routine inspection.
I woke up to someone in my loungeroom from novak. They said they knocked but again I have audio and video surveillance and they did not knock at all. I was scared for my life and thought I was being robbed. To wake up to someone in my loungeroom video recording and opening all my cupboards.

They also made fun of me for not owning a bookshelf because I had my books stacked neatly against the wall as I had just moved in and didn't have furniture yet.

I can’t speak highly enough of Lisa as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. She is detail oriented, honest, fantastic with people and has a knack for matching the right purchaser with the your.property. This is the 2nd property she has sold for us in the last 3 mths. It doesn’t stop there though, she found our forever home 2 mths ago. Lisa has changed our lives forever and we’re indebted to her.

Michael was very helpful. I wanted to do a very quick inspection and he organised for me to see the property immediately which was on a Friday. I wanted to try to purchase the property quickly and, as Novak advertise that they are available 7 days a week, I rang Lisa 2 days later on a long weekend Sunday. I normally wouldn't call on a Sunday as I respect that agents should get at least time off on Sundays but I wanted a quick sale and they do advertise 7 days a week service so I thought I'd try that service. Lisa took my call as she was driving out of Sydney to go away for the long weekend, but she immediately organised for another agent, Zac, to take time out on his day off on Sunday to let me do a second inspection. Thanks Zac, much appreciated. Lisa negotiated with me on the following evening, a public holiday Monday, and my offer was accepted that night. The agency advertises that they are available 7 days a week and it was true. Great to have an agency that responds to calls and allows inspections 7 days a week. Great service all around. Thanks.

Lisa worked tirelessly on my hehalf. Her knowledge of the market and how best to deal with buyers made all the difference. This resulted in a rapid sale at the price I needed. She was backed up by a great team - all being very helpful and thorough.
