I can't speak more highly of the whole Novak team! They really went above and beyond. In particular, I must thank Ilijana for her efficiency and helpfulness. I am looking forward to continuing this great working relationship with the Novak team moving forward.

Never had an easier experience with a real estate agent. Very approachable and helped massively with choosing a property. Would recommend Charles to any friends or family looking at property.

I wouldn't recommend Novak. I am a tenant renting through Novak (although I am a investment property owner through other real state agency).
I have been reporting some plumbing issues in the unit I rent for months now. The issues are likely causing more expenses to the owner than it would have been should it had been fixed by now. Their responsiveness is somewhat inexistent.

Such an enthusiastic & professional team who helped us through the process of finding the best industrial unit to run our business.
Kim was especially helpful, always checking in to see if there was anything she could do to further help us throughout the final process of locking in a space.

Stay Away!

My family rented a property off Novak. We found them to be not ethical or truthful in the following;

1. We were told the property had bottle gas connection for our heating and it did not. This was confirmed three times with the Agent before we moved in.

2. We were not told that the landlord had a garage that would be in use, and they turned up all hours moving furniture in and out with unknown visitors coming to our property.

3. The building out the back of the house used our electricity connection and we were not compensated for. The lights were left on when nobody was there.

4. The house had rooms that had been sectioned off. One of these rooms had an occupant and noise was clearly audible through the wall and floor. Both of us complained. It was clearly not suitable for purpose.

5. The electricity box was extremely old and not suable to modern appliances as several occasions the fuse went.

6. When making complaints the Property Manger Angela was defensive and rude.

7. On our final complaint we Novak owner Branka said the Council had approved the house to be units. I called the council to check, and I was told that the house was not approved to be turned into units. I confirmed that the address for the zone is not permitted for units. Of Couse the real-estate would know that before they rented out the property.

8. Breached the privacy Act by forwarding personal information to an Ex-Partner

This real-estate has not told it clients the truth all the way though our tenancy right to the end.

Stay away from any property that this real-estate agent deals with!

My experience with Novak properties has been nothing but wonderful. All the staff are great but Billy is an outstanding professional both in presentation and work ethic. He is kind, patient and a great communicator. I am very grateful he ended up looking after us and he has left some big shoes to fill:)

Novak is the only real estate we will go to now if needed. I personally know Tina Stacy as well as being an incredible friend, I know how amazing and dedicated she is to her role, I have a 17 year old daughter who is interested in realestate when she finishes school, we would love her to be trained up by Tina and learn all her valuable knowledge about the industry. 5/5 all the way.

I would highly recommend Georgia Hyde. She is very responsive, professional, punctual and has a terrific charisma about her. She made the process simple and easy to understand despite us having a lack of knowledge in the field of work. Since the beginning of our journey, Georgia was able to guide us in a very positive manner. She answered all our questions with honesty and professionalism and she addressed our concerns with the upmost respect. She goes out of her way to help others (from what I know and experienced) and simply put, could not recommend her any higher! If anyone is lucky enough to work or come across Georgia, i can guarantee you will get fantastic service!

Have had Georgie Hyde looking after a property and to say she goes over and above is a understatement. We had a issue that she followed through with both the tenant and myself in a really professional manner (including other property owners). Could not recommend Georgia more to look after your commercial property.

Experience with this agency was absolutely awful. More than one of their agents we were unfortunate enough to have to deal with were completely unprofessional & argumentative. They showed a complete disregard for their duty of care, and they were completely negligent in a majority of encounters. Stay away from Novak Properties at all costs.
