What a wonderful spot to look out to the ocean/ local area! May need to bring a jacket/ hair elastic because it can be very windy. Was able to see a school of fish in the breaking waves.

Has some spectacular views of the little islands around Muttonbird Island. Even some info on the Muttonbirds and you can see the holes they create for their young.
The path is a little steep at the beginning, with no hand rails on the way up. There is a chair half way up if the climb gets a little much for your legs. But the views are worth it, especially on a clear day.

One of a hell experience, I went early morning and I guess it's best time to go. After beach you can go to restaurants nearby for brunch and food is good.

A wonderful walk during mutton bird incubation period. The walk is initially quite steep. It is paved the whole way. Not suitable for anyone with walking difficulties. Many bicycle out to the start and leave their bikes at the beginning. We sighted two dolphins during the walk. Family friendly. Ensure you have own water.

What a great outing. The walk along the jetty into the park is well worth it. Great information on the Aboriginal History and the Birds inhabiting the island. Do yourself a favour and visit, you won't regret it!

The photos says it all. Went to the 1st and 2nd outlook, loved every minute of it. This is the reason why Coffs Harbour is so great to visit.

Phenomenal tourist attraction overlooking the sea. An easy trek to the hilltop that takes about 15 mins for a slow climber. Three 360° views are stunning both at sunrise and sunset with the sea on one side, beach on the backside and the wharf on the other side. Absolute must-visit if one is in Coffs Harbour.

Beautiful location. You can get a 360 deg view of the Harbour. Bit of a walk from the marina to the lookout spot on the edge of the island, but definitely worth a visit.

The steep climb is worth the view. The birds are very well hidden but some colonies can be seen on the rocks near the entrance.

Visit to Coffs Harbour isn't complete if you haven’t been to Muttonbird Island Nature Reserve.   The short walk up the green and rugged cliff face island gives you incredible views of the coast.   It is also great for bird lovers, as you can see plenty of mutton bird nests from the walking track.

Great place for a hike! Spectacular 360 degree views of the Coffs Coast. While the path is paved, it does get quite steep in places, so take care.

If you are not fairly fit don't go. Very steep up and down but quite well paved. Don't just stop at the top. Path continues down to seaward side. Well worth the hike. You may even see whales. Approx.walking time there and back 1 hour.

Great effort by local, start and federal government to preserve an area for wildlife to stay safe from predators and humans. Awesome views from the summit.
