My agent Simone from McGrath contacts me regarding some issues raised by tenant at 10pm Monday night, when I replied to the email, an immediate reply from Simone arrives in my gmail, I don’t encourage people works outside business hours however this definitely shows the behaviour by the agent about how serious McGrath cares about well managing my investment property, really appreciated the effort they put in, rent payment never gets delayed and annual rent summary has been provided on the first day of the new financial year to allow owner to lodge tax return efficiently, highly recommend them to any property owner specially thanks to my agent Simone.
