McGrath does not cares about tenants once they start living there. They do not respond to your emails and phone calls regarding the problem in the apartment. Do not ever choose this agents. They don’t even deserve 1 start seriously. I have been having issues in my apartment since months now and they’re not doing anything at all.

Tiana has provided an excellent service from arranging an inspection to helping me secure the Unit. She was quick to respond to any questions I had about the process which was extremely helpful purchasing my first home. Tiana's guidance throughout the whole process has made this a great experience and I knew I was great hands. I couldn't recommend Tiana more highly.

From Marco, who responded to my queries promptly (even outside business hours) and courteously; to Natasha, who was equally polite and timely then; to Amy, who was gregarious made for such a lovely experience. George provided excellent service to us from the moment we stepped inside the house for inspection, was very personable and quick to respond to our texts even outside of business hours. Having very good experience with agency. Staff is very proactive and friendly especially natasha who is taking care of our tenancy and deal with the matter professionally and communication upto the mark. She goes above and beyond to dealt with matters.

Today is my second time having a bad experience with this agency, first time we went to inspect a house but the agent did not show up at all although the listing was still on the app. Today I went to inspect a property that was scheduled from 9: 30 to 9: 45. I arrived at 9: 40 but the agent refused to let me in saying that they already had 70 people coming! Seriously! You just wasted my time twice due to unprofessional attitudes. Will never look for properties under this management.

I have no words for the service I have received from Mcgrath Parramatta. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Complete lack of professionalism and communication. I have not been reimbursed for expensive repairs for over 8 months, nothing has been fixed in my rental property when asked. I have sent countless emails which I have to follow up EVERY time and don't receive responses for months from Abby and Aditi (property managers). If I do they are not helpful at all. They don't answer the phone, they don't call back like they say and it's impossible to talk to them in the office because they are always "too busy".

They have taken money out of my account outside of the rental schedule making me block their direct debit from my bank. I now pay every week on time and I have received my second notice saying I am in arrears when I am not.

This place is ridiculous. Please do yourselves a favour and never do business with them, if you do - I guarantee you, you will be extremely disappointed.

Poor service with rental property management, delayed with emails and phone call. Every you ring up you can never speak to property manager who is responsible to your property. As owner we are paying for the management fee and monthly deduction but there is no proactive services. Will not recommend to anyone in the area.

I’m having issues at property since i move in and it’s been more than two months nobody is responding my calls and emails, even my kitchen is leaking.

I have recently had the experience of working with Stephen Mina on the sale of my property which did come with it's challenges. Stephen has been brilliant all the way through and has kept me in the loop constantly. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He has been an absolute gem through the highs and lows. He has displayed extreme patience and kindness (even through emotional times), he has always kept me informed no matter how small the detail. I don't intend to go through this process again any time soon but I'd go straight to Stephen if I did.

Honestly, the one who picks up the phone is nice and gentle with their professional manner.
However, a specific agent that i wish i could leave name on this review.the Agent never pick up the phone and i have applied for inspection which was the agent's properties.

Never pick up the phone and i have requested many times on the REALESTATE. COM.to inspect those 3 properties.and all the email i get was the auto generated email that the inspection time was not available.
So, recently i checked up the those 3 properties and it was " deposit taken"
?
HOW Was that possible? I know some people that may put application without an inspection.

I tried to apply as well for 3 properties and had few documents to give to the agent yet the agent never pick up the phone, no reply text and email was not available for past 2 weeks.

I called the mcgrath parramatta, and they told me that they will leave the agent the note and never get the call.

Consistently helpful.
Rowan made the whole process straight forward and worked hard to get a good result.
He was always happy to answer questions I had and consistently reminded us of what to do next to get our property ready for sale, in a positive and helpful way.
He was really responsive to the changes in processes during COVID restrictions and somehow got everything to run smoothly despite extra challenges.
Having a wide range of contacts and speaking with potential buyers regularly meant he was able to sell quickly and effectively at a good price.

If you're looking to buy or sell, I highly recommend giving Sam Dalgliesh a call. We have had a number of dealings now with Sam over the years and each time we get industry best service and advice. Amazing service
My family and I were required to move from Regional NSW to Sydney for work at short notice. We looked at a number of properties but unfortunately, missed out on opportunities to bid or purchase due to questionable actions of agents. We were stressed and frustrated for many weeks while living in an Air B&B.
I spoke to Rowan who I found to be friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. He had a property that was about to be put on the market that met my families needs. Rowan was honest and realistic with the price assessment for the property. We placed an offer which was accepted after quick negotiation.
Nothing was to difficult for Rowan, he was always available, kept in regular contact and provided all the advice and guidance we required.
I understand that by purchasing this property before it was officially advertised, Rowan and his agency missed out on important advertising opportunities with signage out the front and on-line viewings. However, this did not seem to be an issue for Rowan, he only wanted the best outcome for us and the vendors which he was able to obtain quickly and respectfully.
I have no hesitation in recommending Rowan and his agency, he is a professional, trustworthy and honest man who I will use again if I need to buy or sell a property again.

During our purchase negotiations he was very honest and responded in a timely manner. During settlement Rowan was extremely helpful in facilitating access to the vacant property so I could have tradies quote on works. He always responded to my calls and texts straight away, and kept me up to date with settlement progress. I highly recommend using Rowan as an agent - you will be in extremely efficient hands!

Very profession, honest, willing to help. Would go out of the way to help. My son was first home buyer and Rowan helped him with everything. Even though some of the things were not his area and he was not going to get anything out of it, yet he did. I will recommend this agent to anyone who is willing to buy or sell.
