With property management, I highly recommend Rachel Fares for her professionalism and attention to details. I had some bad experience with other property managers before, but Rachel changed my view.
She is always prompt to my enquires and offer her advices when needed. Her detailed inspection reports backed up with plenty of photos made the handover process smoother and lesser dispute with tenants.

After initially meeting with other Real Estate agents, we decided to go with Tariq Jameel, who didn't put pressure on us to sell our house, but rather, a quiet achiever. He gave us some background knowledge on where he came from and how he got into real estate, and the general types of people he works for and could buy our house.
He was consistent in checking on us at all hours, by phone, or just by popping in, and ex[plaining, tirelessly the whole selling and buying process.
He even got our adult daughters involved, checking that all of us understood the advice he was giving us.
Finally, Tariq got us a buyer with the price we wanted for our property, which we were very happy about.

I would personally like to thank Paul Matthias for his outstanding and incredible efforts to help us with our enquires, we had a previous agent that we had mentioned to that 1 bathroom that had no windows and didn't have a working exhaust fan and the intercom and dryer needed to be replaced. When we had Paul assigned to us, we received a courtesy call and I explained everything.he made sure to follow up every week, place the work orders in for everything that needed fixing and did it all within 1 month. He even went as far as asking if we needed a maintenance man to fix up a few things (eg: replacing a soap holder). He has gone above and beyond and from me previously being property manager, I can understand from a personal view how much work went into helping us put some TLC into our new place and cannot thank him enough for all his efforts.

Definitely needs a raise and a weekend spa package.

Attended an open home & auction run by Brad & Jess and from the 1st inspection until auction they were fantastic. So helpful & proffessional. Genuine agents are hard to come by, but these 2 make a great team.

I feel like a massive weight has finally lifted from my shoulders! Why? Because I have now taken my business elsewhere! However, they were consistent! Consistently making errors, consistently unavailable, consistently just terrible service. And after two months of consistently asking for my file, they only sent it (partially) when I got the General Manager involved!

Marco was so helpful in assisting me secure my new rental home. He was polite and friendly but no way pushy and went above and beyond in terms of communication and keeping me updated. Since I have signed my contract, everyone has been ultra professional. So refreshing! Thank you so very much.

Terrible customer service and long waits for maintenance requests (if they ever get acknowledged).

I had a problem fixing the ledger for rent reduction. It was until Kim Briski got involved and took the matter seriously and returned positive and fair result. Highly recommend the new team in McGrath Parramatta. Professional and approachable, especially Kim.

I really appreciate the new property management agent assigned to us, Mr Paul Mathias who really worked hard to fix the issues for the apt. He is approachable and very attentive and professional.
