If i could give a zero, I would. Absolutely the Worst realestate Ive ever come across. No customer service and dont care for tenants in the slightest. Constantly touching personal belongings upon inspections, so now we require everyone including management on the property for inpections. Repairs that are logged as URGENT by them upon inspection go for months without repair. My roof is currently caved in putting my childrens lives at risk and every single person is uncontactable. No phones are answered at any time and my property manager seems to always be " out of the office" and never returns my calls or emails. I would steer clear and go with a company that actually cares about their jobs/ business and clients, be it an owner or a tenant.

My experience with McGrath has been a very positive one over the last 4-5 years. They are always very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.
My property gets rented to the best tenants with minimal issues. To date mu husband and I will only with McGrath particularly Corey Rotunno-Grant. As a Senior Property Manager myself I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Worse Real Estate I have ever dealt with! Julie is unbelievably rude and unprofessional.
They are untrustworthy, bend the truth and change what I have said and quite frankly they don't know what they are doing!
Will never go through McGrath again and will be telling everyone to AVOID AVOID AVOID! At the end of the day it's the tenants that are going to cop it from theirs lies and mistakes!

We had been shown dozens of properties with other agencies and from our experience McGrath was by far the quickest to respond to our questions, concerns and overall delivered the best level of service. We highly recommend Mcgrath property management to both landlords and tenants alike. They are local and full of relevant information. Worst real estate agency on the central coast I would'nt list my rental properties or sell my house through them. Most Useless property managers I've ever encountered, they do not phone you back you continuously have to chase them, unhelpful and unapproachable. Very rude staff members. They don't deserve a star in my opinion.

Hands down the worst agents i have ever dealt with, extremely unresponsive and multiple follow-up's needed. Had a rent increase which no one let us know about and then 6 months later got a call telling us that we are $500+ behind in rent.was supposed to get a call back with a resolution plan but instead got a generic SMS a week later telling us that we are behind and need to pay asap.
