We have trusted the management of our Central Coast rental property to Kirrilly and the team at McGrath for the past 5 years. There have been no 'unmanaged' tenant troubles, rent is on time and market aligned, when we added a Granny Flat a couple of years ago the property was rented the first week it was listed. Highly recommended and greatly appreciated.

I have been renting my investment properties through McGrath for over 6yrs now. The service has always been great however when Ines took over managing my portfolio she took it to another level. Nothing is ever a problem for her. Communication via phone and email is outstanding. Always prompt with what she says she will do and always returns my calls as soon as possible if she is unavailable. Very dedicated to her role and always gives 100%. Have since recommended her to friends and family who have brought their business over to her and are also extremely happy with her service. I've had my house rented through McGraths for years and they have been excellent in finding quality tenants! Alison Hardie is a complete gem and is very diligent in resolving issues and getting things organised. I'd recommend them if you want to lease your house out.

Agents very unprofessional making empty promises and telling you to apply for properties they had already leased hours before hand. Very hard to contact anyone from this agency as they don't like to answer their phones. Receptionist was rude when I wanted to make a complaint and implied I was lying about the unprofessional behaviour my partner and I dealt with. Wouldn't recommend.

Since Rachel PIrrie has taken over the management of my investment property, all my dealings to date have been excellent. Rachel is quick to respond, detailed, professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Meghan was incredibly professional and helpful when taking me through a property. Would highly recommend!

I was hoping to become an investor with this real estate, but the team were difficult. One sales agent was pushing me to put a property on the rental market ASAP despite me wanting to do renovation work on it. They advised that the current house problems were the tenant’s problem and I shouldn’t worry about it. I didn’t appreciate them dismissing my concerns to look after my investment. Secondly, the communication skills of the property managers were terrible. The writing and spelling skills of one property manager was extremely poor - it was so bad my husband assumed that she was a recent migrant to Australia. I don’t understand how a woman born and educated in Australia has such atrocious English. Another property manager often hung up on my calls and thought I was a prank caller. I did contact the real estate about my concerns, but they just ignored me. I wouldn’t recommend.

Edit: The real estate cannot find my details as the staff members constantly spelled my name wrong in all correspondance with me - hence the poor writing skills of the staff.

She has gone above and beyond helping us find a rented property as where we are currently renting to owner is selling.
If you want your property managed she would be my go to.

Kirrilly MacDermid is am amazing property manager. She was attentive and always responded to any issues in a timely manner. Her friendly demeanour made asking or discussing any issues or queries I had easy and seamless. As a first time single renter she made everything feel less daunting and I never felt like my questions, be it big or small, where left unanswered. 100% would recommend Kirrilly.

Kirrilly Macdermid was amazing in sorting out our new rental. After applying for a rental property she was very quick and responsive in processing our application, checking our references and sorting out the paperwork. We were all set to move in within a few days but due to unforeseen circumstances the owner was unable to rent the house and so withdrew it from the market. Kirrilly was very professional and transparent about the whole situation and although we were disappointed by the outcome, we felt the communication and support from the agency was excellent.
Kirrilly managed to find an almost identical rental property for us very quickly after the first one fell through (same housing development, identical floor plan). She was very proactive in organising this rental for us, worked around our schedules to organise an inspection and waa very quick in sorting out the paperwork for the new property. I was very impressed by her initiative, and thankful that she was looking out for our best interest in a very competitive rental market.
We are looking forward to moving into our new home.

I would like to leave a review for Kirrilly Macdermid, my property manager in McGrath Gosford. She has a highly professional approach in property management. She is always willing to give good advice on various rental and building issues. She went extra miles to put a complex building issue under control between the builder and the tenant, and diligently kept following it up. We are extremely happy with her service and skills. We feel very luck to have her to look after our property.

It depends which agent you deal with. They are all very different. I found one agent here to be a complete nightmare, but the majority were very good and I made a sale with one new agent here. I was happy to notify management about his performance and commitment to the sale. So basically I came across the worst agent I’ve come across here - but happily made a sale with another who has top performance.

Met Mathew Dawson at an open home in Killcare, I found him to be a gentleman of the highest order. Will definitely get in touh with him when we're actively looking to buy in the area.

Lisa Habkouk was the most incredibly helpful leasing consultant I have ever dealt with. She was in regular contact with me and called to tell me about properties before I had even seen them online. Once we secured a property, Sharni Stuart was our Property Manager and she has been nothing short of wonderful. She is always professional, always returns phone calls and emails and nothing is ever too hard for her.
