If I could put 0 stars I would. McGrath West Gosford treat renters as second class people. I have rented many many places and I have never had a problem getting my bond back with not questions asked until I moved out from rental with McGrath West Gosford. I cleaned the house thoroughly for 3 days, put in new bark chips in the garden and had a well known professional company clean the carpets. McGrath insisted I use their people to clean the carpets, do another clean and another tidy up of the garden. There was no negotiation or consideration that I had already done all of this and they threatened several times to take it to tribunal. My advice to people looking for a place to rent is to stir clear. If you are already renting when you give notice to move out apply for the full bond back as soon as you give notice. This will at the very least hurry them up! Also if you are renting through them they like to give you a wonderful maintenance app. When I used it I received a nasty phone call telling me not to use it as the landlord wanted to, you guessed it use their own people! So when I then called for a brocken window they had not fixed for years nothing was done about it. The thing is these property managers don't realise is that quite often renters become buyers such as myself and I deliberately and very consciously did not look for a property through McGrath West Gosford because of the way they treated me as a tenant.

Have Been renting with McGrath now for a number of years and have been lucky to have Alison Hardie as our property manager for both properties we have been in. Alison has been wonderful and is a fantastic asset to the McGrath Team.

Kirrilly has been amazing help from the time we signed the rental application. Very quick to respond to any queries and excellent communication in keeping us updated with the any news. She is always a pleasure to deal with and her professional approach is an asset to McGrath Gosford.

Alison at McGrath Gosford is our property manager and is very proactive and organised. We really appreciate how efficient McGrath has been and would highly recommend their services
