Found this gem of a website while looking for headboards. Best prices by far! The ordering process was simple and efficient, delivery within a few days interstate. The product was incredible. Couldn’t be happier. Luxo Living very impressive service, highly recommend!

Have just purchased a wine fridge from Luxo Living. Sales Team leader Daniel McTackett looked after me. Quietly efficient, pleasant manner and very helpful start to finish. Gave me a price discount without me asking and was helpful with delivery dates. Couldn't fault the service - from go to whoa! If the fridge is half as good as this young fellow was in his position, I'm going to be pretty happy!

Worst online buying experience ever. More than two months later I have not received delivery of my purchase and have not received a refund either. Numerous calls and emails. What a waste of time and money

Quality is good for the price. Only issue was when assembling, the legs do not fit the base fitting very well and when screwing on, the wood chipped away on part of all legs. It isn't visible so that was a bonus.

Terrible Service. We ordered A Queen Bed frame which consist of 2 boxed but we received only 1 box. After following up with Luxo Living from last 20 days, they didn't any action. Asked for a refund, they didn't proceed it. Beware of this company - 1 Star is also a lot

We ordered the modular outdoor sofa set. I can’t fault their customer service and the delivery was completed within 24 hours. My only criticism is that the assembly was more far more laborious than expected complimented by an unhelpful instruction manual.

The worse custom support I have every been through. Bought a Dual Zone VinoVault Wine Fridge and broke down with only 3 months on use. Still trying to get a refund and no one willing to help

I have purchased quiet a lot from them. The price is super genuine as are their products. I simply love the website where it displays everything in detail. I would love to see a click and collect store in Melbourne though.

In the case the item is faulty or something is wrong they will pretty much never get back to you. Item is made from cheap materials but so disappointed with this service.

Great customer service. Dealt with Rochelle and Cherrybelle, they were both very helpful and I would definitely purchase from Luxoliving again because of them.
