71 Awful company. Would give less than one star if possible. Sold a faulty product, offered very little help, finally got a spare part and they offered to pay the cost of installation. To this date they have yet to pay that money despite having bank account details for over 2 months. Very unresponsive to email and if I do get a reply its to state that the accounts department is on holiday (for months).
Good to see your review have gone from being generally very unhappy people to 4.1 stars (must all be real and not fake/paid for).
I need a few bolts and nuts for a bunk bed we purchased 3 years ago. Vanessa looked up our original order and sent me a parts list, within seconds.
I bought King size bed frame about 8 months ago, after lockdown not able to pick up, i called them after lockdown to collect then they said they don’t have in stock, they want to offer me same bed but higher price than i paid, i ignored offer and says for refund, they said 3 weeks after i get my money, now its been more than 5 weeks still
I am chasing my money back. What a bad service, don’t trust this business. Waste of time and waste of money with bad service.

Five star customer service. Prompt delivery to our regional location. Some issues with the sun lounges that were not evident until unpackaged. Terrible company! I ordered an item that was advertised in stock. I did not receive any information about my order for almost a month. When I reached out to the customer service line I was told that the item was no longer in stock. I then said I was happy to exchange it for another item. But the difference for the new item was 79.00. Luxo Living would not cover this cost at all. Even with all the inconvenience and lack of transparency regarding my order. Extremely poor customer service!
I spoke with Gineil today with regard to purchasing a Wine storage Fridge. Gineil is a wonderful lady who was extraordinary helpful, patient and knowledgeable and made the purchase process an enjoyable one. Thank you so much.

Patricia from customer service was very helpful and was very prompt with her responses and resolved the issue in a timely manner. Other than that my experience with Luxo living has been poor as my item has taken a extra 2 months to arrive and in that time I have moved house, I requested 3x to change my address before they dispatched, the first person didn't respond and the second 2 people agreed to change but never followed through so it has been delivered now to my old address.
Just purchased online a number of items, however changed my mind on one and called Luxo Living direct, was answered almost immediately by the very helpful Gineil, she checked that the order hadn't yet been processed and gave approval for the item to be removed from my order. Thank you so much for the great customer service, we will be ordering again!
Customer service tells me to clean the product that's brand new are you serious thats supposed to be brand new out of the box 19/8 they have sent me another which is all fairness isn't as bad a as the first one but still looks only like the image, they show- shape wise - customer service is a bit funny at first but they did send me another one which is credit to them but they need to show a much more accurate image then people can decide if they want to purchase - thanks for the sending another one for that you get another star
