CONSUMER WARNING! THIS COMPANY IS FRAUDULENT AND HAS MULTIPLE FAIR TRADING CASES AGAINST THEM AT THE MOMENT!

PLEASE READ THE REAL 1 STAR REVIEWS BELOW AND SEE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE GIVEN FAULTY PRODUCTS AND THEN 0 REFUND. THIS COMPANY IS SELLING DODGEY CHINESE FURNITURE THAT IS BROKEN WHEN IT ARRIVES.

MY FRIEND JUST BOUGHT A SAUNA AND WHEN IT ARRIVED IT WAS COMPLETELY SMASHED TO BITS. NOW LUXO LIVING IS COMPLETELY IGNORING HIM AND REFUSING TO REFUND HIM. FOR A $2000 PRODUCT AND NOT EVEN THE DECENCY TO RESPOND, THEY WILL PALM YOU OFF TO THE PHILLIPINES CALL CENTRE AND YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR MONEY AGAIN

Bought a dining set from Luxo Living on 8th July and original delivery date of the item was scheduled as 8th Aug, although this being late I had no complaint as it looked reasonable considering COVID crisis, as we approached the delivery date it was rescheduled to 21st Aug with a template email containing no accurate detail about the reason for delay, I waited for the item to be delivered on this date and it was NOT, then three days later I gave them a call and they said they did not have the item and I actually paid for an item that will normally appear as "not available" in any other online store. They told me, they will update me in another email. Hours later received and email, still not containing a convincing reason why item was delayed, claiming the item will be delivered on 5th of Nov! And if I am not happy with the date they will issue me a full refund as favor! Check the following sentence: "You have an option to swap or cancel your order and we will be happy to waive the $30 admin fee so we can process a full refund. " WORST EXPRIENCE EVER. I wish I could give a zero star.

Ordered online and delivery was very quick with a great service from the 2 gentlemen who brought this into my living room.
Quick and easy to assemble
Cant wait to enjoy sitting on my lounge later this afternoon.

Customer service was good. Bought a four person Sauna. Manual was quite average but good news was that it was fairly easy to install.

Business is based in the Philippines, charabelle the manager is far from helpful. Sent out damaged goods with pathetic after sale service.

Got a great price for exactly what I was looking for + shipping nsw to vic in one day - for free - Xmas week! Pretty good. Also the swing chair’s great. The screws are separated into sections so (with the exception of one step that’s a little confusing) it’s easy to put together. Yes, I would recommend and yes, I would purchase again.

Very poor costumer service, low quality product.
Order Marocco outdoor table, pay and desk and I be send at deck 7 to pick up.
After arrive and ring the bell, one off the staff members come out side and ask for the order number, when inside and after 10 minute come outside to ask the same number.
After 25 minutes waiting outside wonder why take so long!
I when I ask in the office why take so long?
The told me the cloud find the items! Just let you the whearehouse is not big and look very messy.

Terrible Service. We ordered A Queen Bed frame which consist of 2 boxed but we received only 1 box. After following up with Luxo Living from last 20 days, they didn't any action. Asked for a refund, they didn't proceed it. Beware of this company

I purchased two pieces of outdoor furniture amazing good's & service

Unfortunately the outdoor daybed was too big for our area. I contacted customer service and Justin provided me with a RA number and advised the process, very professional. Thank you.

I highly recommend these product's and service.

Worst experience ever. I placed my order on the 21st of November and it was not shipped until the 29th. Half of my order arrived on the 6th of December. I am still awaiting response as to where the rest of my order is. No one in the company can seem to locate where the remainder of my order is. I currently have half a bed. I will never ever purchase from this company again.

Buyers beware.extremely bad warranty and after sales service procedure. Unprofessional and unreliable company. I Purchased their dual zone wine fridge ($1500) and after 6-8 wks the thermostat failed and froze all my white wine. We are now in month 3 after half a dozen emails back and forth (all initiated be me). And the thermostat is still not fixed and no feedback from Luxo living when it will be fixed. Am now off to the ACCC.

Good product. Good price. Hopeless communication and delivery. Had to call Luxo to arrange delivery as they simply sent an email that the item had been delivered and finalised when it had not. Courier then scratched floors moving goods and didn’t help place goods where requested (2 feet from where he dumped it). Didn’t call on approach as requested. I’d be reluctant to try them again.

Great experience! I was a little worried because the prices were very cheap. However, I was really surprised. Delivery was on time, service was great and website is easy to navigate. Highly recommend if you want nice furniture for a good price
