71I’m 34 weeks pregnant with a one year old ordered a king bed and paid for premium delivery which states there would be two men and they would carry it into room of choice. When it arrived there was only one man and his maybe 7 year old daughter tagging along with him, he said he wasn’t even allowed to bring it inside the door. So I had to try and carry it up our apartment stairs. Not only that the company will not provide a full refund for delivery. And they took a week to get back to me via email (don’t even bother calling the customer service number) And to top it all off there was missing screws so the bed is wobbly and definitely isn’t made of quality materials. DO NOT RECOMMEND
External timber paneling damaged/snapped on a Infrared Sauna.
Over a month of back and fourth (email and calls) to try and get a replacement sauna or my money back they wouldn’t concede. They’ve refunded me a lousy couple hundred to replace the timber paneling myself or hire someone in my area to fix. 1. Goodluck finding Canadian Hemlock timber panels in Australia.
2. Goodluck getting a trademans over to quote.
Overall not happy with the service.
Have only experience customer service through their website when enquiring about a product and KOBI was extremely helpful
A worse company than Telstra and Apple combined. I had to beg n beg n beg n beg for a refund for a mattress that collapsed. They delayed, lied, it took forever. STAY AWAY

They told us will take a day and 5 days later they said it takes 5 to 7 days and now 2 weeks and nothing in my account

They’ll get your order wrong and send you the incorrect items.
I ordered 2 sets of these black stools I got the gold ones sent instead.
The one chair came with the incorrect legs as you can see in the picture so I’m sitting with one stool with legs that are uneven and unattached.
Putting the chairs together were a nightmare and then contacting customer service has been another stressful process.
Second time I’ve bought from them, and the last.
I had a great experience with Luxo Living, in particular Grace was very helpful and friendly. And the Sauna I bought is the best money I have ever spent, I highly recommend!

Horrible company to deal with. Purchased a dresser from their site. Waited a week for dispatch with no news. Contacted their company who said they would "get back to me" which they didn't after 5 days. They got back to me with a tracking number which didn't even work and was told to wait for dispatch. Heard nothing so I had to follow up with them which then was put onto a "customer service rep" who advised me they didn't even have the item in stock. This was over 2 weeks from initial purchase after promising a 5 day delivery. Their only solution was for me to purchase a much more expensive item or an inferior version. I settled with a refund. Won't ever bring my business here.

Beautiful bed head, such amazing quality for such an amazing price! Definitely the cheapest price but not at the cost of quality. Very impressed with Luxo Living. The customer service is exceptional. Will be shopping here again and again.
