Firstly, LawPath is NOT a law firm. They are a broker with friendly customer service.

5* for registering a company - although in ideal situation the Australian Government would provide this service.

4* for company referrals - the accountant was great _but_ the insurance wasn't appropriate for international work (and took me ~3 days to find a product suitable for me). The LawPath team were very pleasant to talk to.

2* for the documents. In summary, you will need to get a lawyer to ensure the documents match your requirements. The "pro" offering *may* answer some very limited questions around the document _but_ the moment you do something outside of scope you'll need specialist support (in my case, international clients).
I was quoted around $2k for a contract review prompted by the need for international public liability insurance / professional indemnity insurance. I make webpages etc.for international clients, those clients have standard insurance terms as you would expect _but_ it was surprisingly difficult to get that insurance.

This is a great service for anyone who is starting up a business. Everything you need in the one location.
