Thank you for given my the opportunity to give a review. I have been dealing with Arishka who has been very professional and attentive to my requirements. She helped me through the whole process from start to end. My company is now fully set up and compliant. Thank you so much. Well worth dealing with this company.

Very bad service! Only want to make money out of the subscription.

My annual subscription was auto-renewed without a notification (which is in compliant with their T&C's) but I requested to cancel and provide a refund WITHIN 24 HOURS of the renewal as I no longer use it.

They refused to provide a refund!

Good platform but should definitely provide a better service to the customers.

Useless service. Had it for a year and never found it helpful. They charged me over $1000 for a subscription renewal that I didn't know was going to happen. They will not refund me. Don't waste your money! 2k down the drain.

Parv was very patient with me running me through the process of starting up a company. The support you receive from LawPath and the access you get to documents is excellent value for money!

Lawpath has been super easy to nevigate and the staff has been very easy to work with. Fauzia has followed up with me a couple of times, really detailed answering my questions before I went ahead with choosing them. I just booked my first lawyer consultation call, and the team has been very helpful, helping me to allocate to a lawyer that will be in my field! I really like the subscription model, the platform has a great user experience and unlimited esigning is part of the subscription - looks perfect.

Unfortunately non of the legal document providers I have looked at are perfect - ACIS (confusing platform). Lightyear Docs (very focused on SMSF), NowInfinity (poor user experience). And there is also one thing I wish Lawpath did better.

Lawpath is geared towards small business and not designed for accountants. So a lot of the documents on Lawpath accountants don't need and the ones accountants need are often not there. Lawpath has the main ones: Div 7A, discretionary trust deed, company constitution, resolutions etc. But don't try anything out of the ordinary.

So if you are a small business, Lawpath is great. But for accountants it would be great if they had more of the documents we need.

Customer service is fast and efficient. Lawpath helped me find a solution to the difficulties I had sorting my Company.

Amateur sales reps, making outbound calls to my mobile and just leave a voice mail to call this number back, no other reason. Why should you expect a call back? Awful sales tactic! Please don’t call me again!

You would not know that the registration with ASIC has been rejected until you log into Lawpath account. Lawpath don't send you the ABN Confirmation Advice (this is available immediately online if the ABN application is successful). So if you need a copy for your records you need to contact ABR to send out a paper copy.

Having a Lawpath subscription is a game-changer for me. The account managers and customer service team are friendly, supportive and responsive, and the platform is easy to use. A lot of things I had previously put into the 'too hard basket' I am now facing because I am getting the support I need. As a sole trader who has worked in service delivery for 20 years, I have been committed to solving my clients' business problems, but haven't always made myself time to solve my own. Having access to Lawpath lawyers' advice and guidance is a real confidence booster, helping me pursue my own business goals.
