I followed their FAMILY TRUST request and paid for it, and their LAWYERS now saying " falls beyond the area which they can assist" WOW. Now Im dealing with customer service - in the Philipines, but Im not getting Customer Service answers about why they cant be a lawyer for a Family Trust.

I used your legal service and times I had a question you guys gave me a further quote.

It's like I am paying for annual membership to get quotes.

So this year when you just charged me membership for services I am not even using I reached out to you within couple of hours of that 1060 charge to cancel it and refund but you guys are refusing to refund. I do not think it's fair to pay such amount for service I do not use.

I was charged for a subscription I didn’t intend to renew just because it automatically sets up as an auto renew. Surely companies who care about their customers should advise them when an auto renew it about to occur.

When I called the next day and explain I no longer needed these services, they appeared inflexible and unwilling to help, said there was nothing they can do except cancel the auto renew for the following year.

I have recently used law path to register my ABN. I highly recommend them. The entire process from start to finish has been very relaxing and stress free. I booked a free 15 min consult to discuss my needs from Lawpath, I waited for the call and nothing came at the time I booked. I had allocated time in my day for the call and wasted time checking that I had the right details etc. I then received a call 3.5 hours later (after business hours), with no apology or even acknowledgment about the delay and in fact when I mentioned the delay, there was no apology and even care from the person. By this stage I had my toddler so discussion was challenging for me to concentrate (why I had booked a call at the time I did). I then explained my requirement and the person was more interested in getting me to sign up to a yearly subscription, not actually to offer me a service appropriate to my needs. Unprofessional service, call was not helpful and person was quite frankly rude. A waste of my time as a small business owner.

Useless service. Had it for a year and never found it helpful. They charged me over $1000 for a subscription renewal that I didn't know was going to happen. They will not refund me. Don't waste your money! 2k down the drain.
