Attended the Open Inspection on Haig Street and were interested in buying the house. Agent looking at the strong interest started raising the price with Buyers telling them there are other buyers willing to pay more. A friend called to check after us who is more experience in the properties being told a lot less amount than what we been told 15 minutes back.
Looking at the situation in the suburb and local communities interest over property, The Agent is taking advantage where the buyers have to pay 100's of thousand $$$$ extra when there is no need.
Be extra careful while dealing and don't get fooled.

I would not personally never ever use Liang & Simmons Wentworthville again. Very unprofessional mis-leading and lot of lying also will try and scam you out of bond money when ending your lease.
I would suggest you never to use Rita Kapoor rental agent she was the one who made up many lies and did not release my bond to me thankfully I got my bond back after taking further action on my part against the real estate.

Be carful when dealing with this real estate most of my issues with property was also never repaired.
