Amit has been a very good agent to deal with. Responds quickly and works out a way between me and the owner with in reasonable terms. Have rented with LaingSimmons for over a year and never had an issue. Kudos to your team.

Smooth key handover and end of lease process. Special mention to Amit Gulya (one of the property managers) who conducted the move out inspection. Very polite, professional and friendly gentleman. Prompt to respond to emails in regards to Final settlements. Front office staff were very helpful and cordial throughout the Tenancy.

I had let this agents rent out my property for 8 years from when it was brand new. The worst, irresponsible, lying set of people I had to deal with by far.total stress day-in-day-out. Never looked after landlords interest. The house was trashed out with 15 holes in the wall and was told this is normal to be expected. They are afraid of tenant and so hold landlords at ransom. Never leave your property with them.

Just got into a 1 year lease with these guys and 2 weeks into it I am already regretting it.
Promised a few things that were not done or taken away after lease was signed.

Probably the worst experience with real estate in the last 10 years. If your property manager is Amit Gulya then be careful dealing with him as he's unreliable and unprofessional. After having numerous unattended defects in the property and him being unavailable, I decided to terminate the contract upon which he deliberately blocked my bond money and stopped responding to my calls and emails. I had to take the matter to court where he shamelessly lied and made false accusations. Thankfully, the court directed him to release the money. This agent does not follow any ethical practices and has caused unnecessary trouble for both the house owner and tenants.

Very unprofessional and dishonest agents. I rented a property with them and was asked to pay three months in advance. Couple of months before our lease end date, I was asked to move out because the owner wanted to move back in. I did a detailed outgoing cleaning and they still charged excessively for small wear and tear from the bond. I had to go to NCAT to get back my bond and agent Amit Gulya shamelessly lied in court and made up stories to charge the maximum amount possible. I would never recommend them.

Tried to extort money from me for a unit given to me without cleaning, even I cleaned it to a very satisfiable level. Had to get it resolved with NCAT. Very unprofessional service and was trying to charge me exorbitantly. Coming up with thousands of lies.
Glad that NCAT was there for my help.

The worst to deal with. I as an owner have given them the property to rent and upon getting the property vacated nothing was done for 3 weeks where i am waiting for the response. They make excuses and receptionist Nicole is so rude to talk. Hopeless service. I prefer other agents over them.

I have been renting through different agencies over the past 15 years and have been with Laing and Simmons Wentworthville for the last 5 years. So far this is the worst real estate agency I have dealt with. During my tenancy period, I raised several maintenance issues but the property managers were either on leave or out of office. The worst of the worst is deceitful AMIT GULYA who can never be trusted on anything. He is unapproachable and would change his stories on a daily basis. His communication is poor and half of his emails don't make any sense. Not sure if that’s the language barrier or he does it deliberately. He was never available to receive my calls and would never meet in person for I don't know what reasons. The comments below from his family and friends praising him are laughable. So typical of these people and a shame they will destroy the real estate industry as they did other industries. Gone are the days when real estate agents used to work for both tenants and house owners. I hope people who are reading this will be careful dealing with this horrible person

Caveat Emptor!

As a landlord with 4 properties I have dealt with a number of agencies. This has by far been the worst. When we changed agencies the property manager we were dealing with did everything in his power to derail the process by refusing to hand over the file. I have many emails attesting to this fact and the whole experience was extremely unpleasant and unnecessary. The new agency tried on many occasions to unsuccessfully get the completed file for handover and this process took weeks. Completely unprofessional.

As a landlord with 5 properties and worked with number of agencies.my experience has been very bad.they don't care about property once you have leased out property with them.

My experience with this agent is really bad. Property manager is always on sick leave. I had to call this agent 4 times within 2 days and escalated to the General Manager, but same, no response at all. I won't do any business with this agent!

Amit Gulya is a professional I would always trust. Late in the evening close to end of the day, we just called to inquire LSRE for assistance with letting our property out. Amit happen to pick up the phone while finishing work only to take the notes of our inquiry. We were surprised to see how quickly Amit moved our case next morning. Within couple of weeks LSRE Wentworthville was engaged as the managers for our property and a tenant moved in the property as well. Producing such results in a slow moving market in a Units saturated market like Wentworthville is not an easy TASK. His efforts to achieve the results and communication skills are highly commendable. Cheers to the managers, who employed Amit.

I have been trying to reach you many times this week and I still don't get my property manager's response.
I was informed my tenant will leave on 29th Nov and I missed the call since I was in a meeting.
I replied Helena's email on 30th Nov and hoped she could ring my wife but there was no response.
I replied again on 1st Dec and hoped someone can ring me but there was no response.
I rang Helena 3 times today and left voice message but still no answer.
I'm not sure how you run your business but I want my keys back and do business with other agents.
