It was such a pleasure working with Mr Amit Gulya who seemed to have all the answers to our questions specially about the end up lease bond release, he explained everything in an understandable way. I can only say that he is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with.its like having a friend from inside who is working for you. Highly recommd him and this company over any other.

Just got into a 1 year lease with these guys and 2 weeks into it I am already regretting it.
Promised a few things that were not done or taken away after lease was signed.

Polite and patient to his vendor!
It was a difficult time when mum sold her place due to covid and also because she has lived there for over 26 years, was a bit hard for her to let go. Michael was very patient with my mum and always polite and courteous. We both felt that not only was he always thinking in mum’s best interest, but cared about our family and understood that it would be a difficult time for us. I think this is really important for a vendor, he closed the deal for mum successfully with multiple buyers on hand. We cannot be happier!

My Aunty has a terminal illness and she needs to have full time care at a home at the age of 52, Leon Gietzmann was Compassionate and made me feel very confident that the house would sell and it did first auction. Leon sold my Aunty house as if it was his own. He make me feel Confident that it would sell for a reasonable price and we got a lot more then expected.
Leon hard work n empathy in the sale made the house sell for 938,000 instead of 820,000.

I was renting in one of the properties that was managed by Laing and Simmons Wentworthville. Even after 2 months, I haven't got my bond amount though property was given in such a good condition. They are trying hard to find a reason to deduct from the bond amount. Initially I was asked to pay for some damage on the carpet that was there before I move in. Now they are questioning the carpet cleaning. It is more than 2 months since I vacated, not sure what marks appeared in the carpet now which was not there during their exit inspection.

Extremely unfaithful and unreliable! I lived whole summer with broken aircon. Mostly with wet carpet during the rain in spite of complaining number of times. Very unprofessional, mainly the new team started in Feb 2021. Guys don't go with them.they will rip you off.

We are renting a house through this agency and property managers are rude and useless. Our repair complaints are always ignored and the property manager is never available. Can't wait for our lease agreement to finish

Pathetic real estate agent for tenants. They wont reply to your emails. They would not do repairs after multiple follow-ups.
