72 BAD SERVICE from laing and Simmons
I went to the first open inspection and put in my application and didn’t get any reply back I called the agent and didn’t get back to me I called the receptionist and she said your application is still in progress after they advertised the property two more times to find a better application either my application was thrown in the rubbish or didn’t even give my application to the owner and to tell me my application is unsuccessful after 1 week and a half if your not happy with my application you should notify me straightaway don’t waste people’s time bad service
Dealing with Bronwyn and the team has been a smooth and easy experience, she has been extremely professional, friendly and understanding and all matters are taken care of and treated with urgency.
Great service and support really helpful agent Ravindra Kasbekar with great knowledge on the market helped a lot.
Stay away and thank me later!
The role of a property manager is to keep tenants happy and ensuring investors/landlords get maximum returns of their property but "Amit Gulia" is worst at both ends and most people would agree with me. He should learn basic etiquettes of speaking and respecting others!
Pathetic service. They don't reply to emails, they don't return phone calls. The receptionist does a better job than the property managers. Do not leave your rental with this lot. They manage one unit in the block I live in, I informed them that they have six people living in a 2 bedroom unit, but they're paying the rent, so who cares. The only way to get there attention is to get strata manager involved.

Very disappointed with the service … I called them 7 days in a row and the recpetion lady always say no one in the office please call late … is this a joke … she is very rude on call and what’s ever you ask she will never transfer the call or help in any reason …. 0 star for the receptionist
Went for an inspection for a property in Wentworthville and at the time of inspection - no one was there. Called them and came to know that it had been under offer for few days and sold just the day before.really sad that the agent failed to mention that in the website.
Please respect people's time and make sure to put it as under offer in the website.
Stayed on a property listed under LnS Wentwothville. Bronwyn was our property manager and I can say she has always responded as soon as possible. Would like to continue with Laing and Simmons

A huge thank you to Michael who made purchasing of my property, a simple and stress-free process. He was professional and good at communication through the whole settlement period. When it came time to move in, and the gardens had not been maintained, he went back and weeded the garden by hand for me so I would not be disappointed on my settlement day! Alan and Michael worked hard to achieve sale.
Alan took a genuine interest in the property. He has very good market knowledge and is also perceptive of wider issues. Michael and Alan worked in a very committed manner to get a good result in a falling market over the end of year holidays. They were always very transparent and straight forward to deal with. We are grateful for their efforts in challenging conditions.

Bronwyn is a first class property manager. She has attended to every issue in a timely manner, has fantastic communication, and is always pleasant. A pleasure to deal with.
Not an ethical agency to deal with. Specially the guy named Amit Gulya, he is useless as the property manager. I paid $220 for leaving small dust on the Dryer. Couldn't go to NCAT bcos I was in the middle of moving houses and there were too many things going on at the same time.
I have a very good experience with Laing+Simmons while renting a property. They have been very helpful throughout my stay, especially Vicki who has been proactive in dealing/rectifying with the maintenance issues.
