Very baaaaaddddd experience receiptionist doesnt have manners how to talk and the managers they dont understand the problems just they want money nothing else with the customer complaints

Terrible agent. No courtesy towards tenants. No consideration during vacating. Would NOT recommend EVER associating with this business.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff that girl called Isabelle Darwich very rude she told me we won't lease this house and I told her but I sent to you an email and you replied me to remind me to see this house today she did that because we are Muslim family if I can give you under 1 star I will do

Absolutely rubbish. Tried on multiple occasions to set up inspections for a house I wanted and got nothing in return except empty promises and excuses. Very unprofessional and probably the most disappointing experience I've had with a real estate agent ever. The receptionist was especially rude and sounded uninterested in anything that was talked about whenever I called.

Very annoyed that I can't give zero stars.

Worst real estate in sydney, rude people and careless answers, there are many other good real estates families please choose an alternate in case of this real estate

Being so excited. Just purchased a nice family home from Ray, love the sales team. We were running real late for the open inspection, but Lara showed her absolute patience and profession to us. Has been a real annoyance to Ray by keep texting him over the weekend, however he has been so kind, responsive and prompt. He has been the best bridge between us and the vendor, we found our dream home and the vendor found a good buyer. We strongly recommend this team!

The worst experience Iv ever had with Real estate agents (apparently they've got another office in Parramatta as well, Parramatta watch out). Dishonest and only driven by self gratifation and no empathy towards clients. I urge everyone to stay clear of this mob starting with the principle Ray all way down to his workers. Worst experience and decision I could have mad. Do your research guys. Like the previous comments said, if there was 0 star, I would have given it to them.

If this is run anything like the Parramatta office I warn you now, do not get involved. Terrible communication, terrible action on issues, just terrible across the board. And all with a dose of attitude for asking them to do their jobs.
