I have been with LS granville for more than a year and throughout this period they have been really cooperative with everything. All the maintenance issues are resolved quickly. Noor our property agenty is really quick to respond to any query and she was very helpful in tough Covid times.

I used to be with L&S, my property mgr was Maree Sadek. She was absolutely amazing, assisted me with everything I need and very much satisfied with their service.

The agent showed us the unit and gave us the link to apply. We really liked it and we applied for the unit. But when we tried to contact the agent, he was not professional and didn't replied any messages I wrote to him for 2 straight days. Also when I called him, he hung up on me as if I was being rude, and finally when I called the direct office number, they say the unit is already gone. How could we know the unit is already gone? We could have looked for other options by then? No communication, no professionalism, very disappointed with how they treat the customers.

Hey guyzz i would like to prefer this real estate agency as they are very loyal and very professional. Noor is our property manager she is so great with us since last three years, she always do inspect our property every 6 month accurately and take care all responsibilities seriously if anything happen in our property she will try to fix it asap. I found her service exceptional - always prompt in her responses through emails, issues resolved within a week. If delayed, then a reasonable explanation as to why. At the end of the day, every service professional is a human being. I believe it all depends on good communication and patience from both ends.

Paula Abboud is a great property manager, I am dealing with her from last six months and found her very professional with good values and ethics. She is always on top of every things and follow up any query, issue and repairs on time.
