The worst real estate I've ever worked with. I organised for their contractor to replace my floors and they left holes in my walls&replaced it with a skirting smaller than the previous one leaving an boarder of damage paint around the entire room. They tried to tell me this was how it should be and did not insist on getting this fixed until I complained multiple times. They did lazy inspections which has led to a mould issue as the tenants didn't care for the bathroom properly and there's now paint missing&a cabinet that needs to be replaced. I missed rent as there was nobody in the office to sign the lease on time. I had to instigate rent increases in line with market value. They use a project company for any repairs so the landlord is charged a higher rate. It really feels like you're just a number.

Hadi Chaker is amazing. He was always available to answer any questions day and night, explained everything clearly, updated me every step of the application process. He is an asset to the agency.
