Joumana Salameh has been managing my property for a number of years now. I have been very happy on how she's managed the property to date and would like to share my reasons:

1. She is respectful to the tenants and looks out for them, which is very important since ensuring tenants are happy will also ensure that the rent is paid on time.

2. She is very sensible in dealing with unreasonable asks from tenants and so uses judgement as to when to deal with the situation directly with the tenants (and update me after) and when to ask me first for directions.

3. She is on time with the regular inspections and does a fantastic job on documenting the state of the property each time.

4. She is very good with communication, answers her emails and phone within a short time span, which makes me feel at ease when I have some requests to ask of her (or just checking in).

I believe that Joumana is an excellent property manager and have been very pleased with how she has managed my property to date.

Realestate was alright.but one of the lady property manager was really rude and unprofessional. She made us live in fire hazard for a year long as we were unaware of the situation till the handyman informed us. I don’t understand how do they hire such idiots?
Furthermore she tried to rip us up with unnecessary cleaning charges.thank god Alex Abboud one of their agent was good and proffesional person and saved us from her.finally got full bond back

Poor customer service across all fields here.

Asking a simple question seems like the biggest inconvenience to these people and they are more then happy to treat you like that.

They all seem to care about money and putting people in a tough situation to benefit them.

Worst customer service ever, bad agents, lady at the office has no manners I don’t know how that place is open with all these horrible reviews. They don’t make time for tenants thank god I left.
