One of the most professional real estates I’ve dealt with. We had the pleasure of dealing with Daniel, he was prompt at replying to all emails as well as providing all information required with our rental property. The staff at LSMD have exceptional customer service. Our property manager Kristina has also made sure all requests have beef followed through and met to the best of her ability.

Following the receipt of 4 different market appraisals and discussions with individual agents on the same day, Basel stood out because of his general expertise in real estate, confidence, local experience and knowledge of the market. The fact that we had seen Basel was active in the area a decade previously when we lived in the area indicates that he has been in the game for a while.

As a first-time seller, we found Basel is honest, trustworthy and not afraid to express his opinions. He is very approachable and his responses are prompt. He kept us well informed at every step of the process and this was not just before or during the sales campaign, but even after the sale was completed – i.e. He still reached out to understand how we are progressing and to remind us to keep the yard tidy due to the security risk.

We are certainly grateful for the sale's outcome. Again, Basel’s local knowledge enabled buyer interest, a quick sale and a good price. Before we were even aware, we got a phone call and told our house was sold hours after the first inspection. I feel the process was easier than me trying to sell things on Gumtree.

Extremely arrogant and rude staff who doesn't know a single thing about customer service and professionalism.

Worst real estate! Been tenant with them for almost 5 years. When i reported major issue in the bathroom, water leaking through bedroom i was told by my property manager there's nothing they can do and i just have to wait. We have no use bedroom and bathroom for almost 3 weeks now and no one have come around to repair leaks in bathroom.
