The agency manager Christen Sims called me to resolve the issue and went to great lengths to help. After paying the repairs, which I asked for in the first place, the bond was released.

Very bad experience with Kylie Greenup & Jessical Wynn-left). Worst and most unfair Property Managers in the area and Highly unfair agency at every level. Since we join their rented property till we exit. Deceived us with a property which has huge water leakage issue. We ended up living in a under-construction townhouse for atleast 6 months with infested carpets that caused scabbies. On our exit kept our bond and charge us for steam cleaning and repairs that were never fixed on our request.
They are already famous for their unprofessional and predatory attitude towards tenants.

Stay clear at any cost they will rip you off at every opportunity!
