L&S Mt Druitt have been managing our rental property for the last five years. In the time they have maintained a high level of professionalism and responsiveness and kept us informed.

I have had serveral maintenence issues with the property. L& S Mt Druitt have managed this with ease and have assisted with all of my needs. This includes when it comes to tax time.

Mustafa who has less words but good communication. He will act on any concern of your immediately, right to the point. I remember I asked him about why I didn’t see much reviews about him even he is working so hard, always trying his best to help and he just responded with a smile, so patient and gentle. No worries, you deserve much and more good reviews Mustafa.

Vipanya:
I believe everyone should already too familiar with this name. Remember when I was looking for a property manager and I went to L+S reviews, “Vipanya” has popped up like a million times while I was reading the reviews. So popular! That was the reason I lost him as well. Even though Vipanya he is not our property manager but he still will try his best to assist us if we have any concern or difficulties. I like how he responds to my emails just like messages, so fast.

L + S should be proud of these 2 gentlemen and give them more rewards.

My wife and I have been working with Kimberly Adams to transition from a current tenant to another new one. It was an ordeal but with Kim handling our case, we got through it finally.

Kim has been very responsive to our calls and emails and we surely felt that we were being looked after. When the old tenants moved out, Kim organised the clean-up, repainting, re-keying and all other essential things to get the property to look brand new again. That ended up being a great experience with Kim at the helm. All that done within a week. Absolutely brilliant. Thanks Kim.
