As a tenant of Laing & Simmons Mount Druitt, I do not recommend.
At the end of my lease, the Property Manager tried to make me responsible for removing items from the property that were clearly in the in-going photographs i.e at the property when I signed the lease.
It took emailing backwards and forwards for two days specifically stating the numbered pictures to view for the items but still, no apology.
I was in front on my rent, did every inspection, paid every bill and even back paid water charges when it came to light they hadn't been issued and still, the property manager was a jerk.
DO NOT RENT THROUGH THESE GUYS!

Totally devastated and disappointed with Richardson & Wrench Real Estate Agents Rooty Hill, I walked into Liang and Simmons Rooty Hill to be greeted by a wonderful lady at their service desk. Explaining I was looking for a unit or a house for rent, she quickly went and printed several pages of rental properties with phone numbers of people managing the properties. I came across one of the properties that caught my eyes and she immediately rang Vladimir Hermiz and arranged property visitation and inspection. I met this smiling young man onsite who very professionally dealt with my personnel situation, need, and circumstances. I hail such people like Vladimir Hermiz who are totally customer focused professionals who will never disappoint you. I pray that God will bless him in his career path.
