Overall excellent experience. Being a first time home buyer i was not even sure where to begin. Kitty was extremely helpful from the start. She clearly understood my brief and provided me with options accordingly. She also provided clear guidance related to Do's and Dont's. She was very responsive throughout the buying process. She has very good understanding of the market hence she ensured all the relevant information are at hand before making any decision. She also did the needful coordination with the sellers agent, bank and conveyance lawyers to ensure smooth dealing all through out. Once we chose our house she also did the inspection to ensure everything is in right order before we exchanged the final documents. At every step Kitty was there to provide support and guidance.
