Kitty helped us secure our first home with her Evaluation and Negotiation service. I cannot believe how efficient and effective she is; there's a reason why she has a 5.0 star rating! From first enquiry to exchange of contracts, Kitty was "in our corner" fighting for us to achieve the best possible outcome. It's rare these days to find someone who is both outstanding at their job and has stellar customer service. Kitty helped us to understand exactly what we needed, never pressured us or tried to upsell us, checked in with us constantly about how we were feeling and what we needed, and took the time to talk us through each step even though things needed to move quickly to close the deal. Kitty said we could have a home in 4-6 weeks. It ended up being just 10 days. We secured the property at what was likely below market value, and saved at LEAST the cost of Kitty's extremely reasonable fees let alone the time it takes to project manage the process. I hope that we have the chance to hire Kitty again when we are looking for our next home.
