I hired Kitty as a buyer's agent to help me acquire a property in an auction. Whilst I could have done it myself, I really wanted the property so I wanted to maximize my chance by letting someone professional do it for me.

I engaged Kitty as my buying agent on recommendation of my mortgage broker to help my locate an upsized residential property after I had sold mine just before the impact of Covid 19 amped up. This was at a time of increasing volatility and the potential for either more or declining stock and favourable prices. A time when you need a trusted professional to not only provide advice and value-add service, but go the extra mile in extraordinary times.
Kitty did this throughout the entire job - from engagement to successful negotiation and deal.
Kitty is reliable, thorough, buttoned down, totally professional and strategic in her approach. Kitty took the time to understand my needs and at all times was available, responsive and above all pro-active. I can't think of a time when I had to ask before she asked me. Kitty put forward a viable range of prospects that met my needs / criteria. The viewings were worthwhile and always clear on how we'd see the properties and debriefed after and agreed next steps. Kitty took the hassle and worry out of the process.
