My partner and I have recently moved to Sydney and lacked knowledge of the local market. Kitty was able to provide guidance on properties we identified, in particular what she felt they were worth and more importantly what the weren't.

This gave us greater confidence when it came to making offers or bidding on properties. It protected us from getting caught up in the emotions or the sales pitches of agents and help us instill discipline into our approach.
